Victoria Justice 'Dots' Up New York City

Victoria Justice keeps it cute in a black and white polka dot blouse as she poses for a pic in New York City on Friday night (August 25).

The 18-year-old actress stopped to sign some autographs outside her hotel for fans and one even gave her a rose! How sweet!

Victoria, who was in town for a signing, unfortunately had to cancel. “Bad news guys… My signing in Long Island tomorrow has been postponed due to weather warnings. But I’ll see you all on Sept. 25!! :{D xx:”
