Bella Thorne & Gregg Sulkin Spend Time With Kids During Smile Train Visit in Mexico

Bella Thorne and Gregg Sulkin pose with a group of young kids during their visit to Hospital Infantil Privado in Mexico this week.

The couple joined Miss Universe Mexico Kristal Silva and model Nazanin Mandi for Smile Train’s newest journey where they spent time with the kids and witnessed what happens during cleft surgeries.

“It was like watching Picasso at work @smiletrain Incredible to see how happy a family can be after seeing their child have a successful surgery,” Gregg captioned on his Instagram with a pic.

Bella also shared some of her experience, writing, “She was da best???? love playing cup of tea with her and watching her smile ???? thank you @smiletrain for all you do helping kids everywhere.”

During the week, Bella, Gregg, Kristal and Nazanin also learned more about the organization’s sustainable model and Smile Train’s local partners who are on the ground helping cleft patients 365 days a year. Plus, they also got to see a special performance by Smile Train Children’s Cleft Choir.
