David Henrie Announces New Netflix Series Based Off of a Book!

David Henrie has announced he has a new show coming out on Netflix!

The 31-year-old actor, director and producer, not only stars in A Tale Dark and Grimm, but he is also a writer and executive producer.

“So incredibly excited to announce @netflix newest show A TALE DARK AND GRIMM based on the best selling book by @adam_gidwitz that my company Novo had the honor of producing and I had the pleasure of EPing, writing and acting in along side our incredible visionary @simonottoanim and @doug_and_candie_langdale our wonderful partners @bobprods, @boatrocker, @lorenzohenrie, @bug_hall and Chris Henderson,” David shared on Instagram.

“And the fact that I got to work with the incredible @rainydaychatter again was so special, she crushed the lead role of Gretel! Can’t wait for you all to experience the thematically rich, powerful, scary and funny world of fairy tales being told in their original, authentic form, in A TALE DARK AND GRIMM!!! It also stars @adamlambert, Tom Hollander, Scott Adsit, Ron Funches, Missi Pile and Jonathan Banks!” he added.

A Tale Dark and Grimm is based on the book of the same name by Adam Gidwitz, and also stars Raini Rodriguez, Adam Lambert, Tom Hollander, Scott Adsit, Ron Funches, Missi Pyle and Jonathan Banks.
