Jared Padalecki & Jensen Ackles Clear The Air After 'Supernatural' Prequel News

Longtime friends and co-stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are all good!

The Supernatural guys took to Twitter on Friday to share with fans that they have cleared the air after the news of a prequel series was released.

If you missed it, it was announced that Jensen and his wife Danneel were producing a Supernatural prequel, currently in development at The CW. However, Jared found out about it on Twitter, at the same time as everyone else and shared that he was “gutted” he wasn’t included.

“Dude. Happy for you. Wish I heard about this some way other than Twitter. I’m excited to watch, but bummed that Sam Winchester had no involvement whatsoever,” Jared wrote.

“No. It’s not. This is the first I’ve heard about it. I’m gutted,” he replied to a fan.

The next morning, Jared tweeted, “Hey world. Thank you for the love. Please PLEASE don’t send any hate or threats. I care deeply about everybody involved and would be in true misery if any of them were harmed or threatened.”

A few hours later, he took to Twitter once again to inform fans that the guys have talked it out and they are all good now.

“@JensenAckles and I had a great talk, as we do often, and things are good. The show is early in the process with miles to go. We’ve travelled a lot of roads together, and sometimes those damn roads have bumps. Bumps don’t stop us. Once brothers, always brothers. #spnfamily,” he said.

Jensen quote tweeted him and said, “Love you @jarpad …Miss these talks. I forgot how much face time we always used to get. And I miss that too. I know you’re busy…as am I, but you’re still my brother. I miss you, pal.”
