OlderGossip Girl's Identity Revealed In HBO Max Series Premiere (Spoiler Alert!)
Gossip Girl is Kate Keller!
It’s revealed that Gossip Girl is lead by Tavi Gevinson‘s Kate Keller, whose character was kept quite under wraps until now. Kate is a teacher at Constance Billard, and has a run-in with Julien Calloway (Jordan Alexander) very early on. While talking with colleagues in the teacher’s lounge, one of them, who went to the school at the same time as the original cast, brings up Gossip Girl.
Kate and a few others (pictured above, played by Rana Roy, Adam Chanler-Berat and Megan Ferguson) decided to restart Gossip Girl themselves to sort of get back at the students and steer them in the right direction.
It’s also revealed that Kate is a writer, which is why she’s the one who takes the reigns and runs the Gossip Girl Instagram account on her phone, but they all work together to get all the tea, and even the photos!
