It was the first time that the 26-year-old actress and the 31-year-old actor have been spotted together since it was announced that they were taking a break last month.
“Emma and Andrew are a great couple who have been apart for work,” a close source recently shared to People. “They are still seeing each other. Nothing major happened between them while he was away other than a long and forced separation. Andrew has been incredibly busy and so has Emma. But the sparks are still there.”

The pair went out to eat at Malibu Farm and reportedly looked like they were having a great time together, E! News confirms.

The 26-year-old actress created some buzz from her little shopping trip because she exited the store holding a bag that featured Andrew Garfield‘s name on it.
Emma and Andrew were rumored to have broken up earlier this year, so could this mean they are still together?! We’ll have to wait and see!

According to People, the 31-year-old actor and 26-year-old actress are taking a break from their relationship after three years together.
The split is reportedly due to long distance as Andrew continues to film Martin Scorsese‘s film Silence on location in Taiwan.
“He’s thrown himself in the project to the detriment of all else,” a source told the mag. “But it’s too early to say the relationship is over.”
The source continued, “Emma understands his work anxieties – it’s why she originally pulled out of ‘Cabaret’ last year and only did it this year – but they’re taking a break from seeing each other. They’re both a slave to their schedules. This time last year they were privately discussing marriage.”
The couple was last spotted together out to lunch in early January in New York City.
“They are just separated for work,” another source added about the temporary breakup. “Andrew is overseas. They are both busy with their careers and have not seen each other.”
Just over the weekend, a fan caught Emma and Andrew at a restaurant and discreetly tried to grab a shot of the duo dining out — but they photobombed her instead!
“Ok, so… either I caught a great moment between #AndrewGarfield & #EmmaStone or I clearly got caught and I am officially FIRED as a paparazzi…” the fan wrote on Instagram. Catch the shot below!

“I just stay at home. A few people come over and I watch movies and I read and that’s pretty much all I’ve got outside of work … All I’ve been doing is working lately so I haven’t been able to do that much outside of work,” Emma shared to Loaded magazine.
