Vanessa Morgan is opening up about her newborn son’s name, River.
The 28-year-old actress revealed his name and birth date in an Instagram post on Thursday evening (February 4).
She then shared the meaning of why they decided to name him River.
“Early on in my pregnancy I was walking the River everyday, gave me so much peace I knew that was the perfect name for his lil soul,” Vanessa shared. “Plus Michael & I really wanted a nature name.”
Vanessa first revealed she was expecting a baby in July 2020. Later on in the year, she revealed that her pregnancy was going to be written into Riverdale.
Now that the show starts the seven year time jump next week, we can’t wait to find out how Toni Topaz became pregnant, and who the father is!
We can also expect Vanessa and her character to be gone from a few episodes this season as she is currently on maternity leave, and they have already gone back to filming more of season five.

The 28-year-old Riverdale actress just shared some info about her baby boy with Michael Kopech, including his name.
“The most challenging, beautiful experience of my life. On January 29th, Michael & I Welcomed our beautiful baby boy River into the world. Words cannot describe this kind of love. We are enjoying this time home with him, being present, & giving him all the lovin in the worldðŸ¤ðŸ‘¶ðŸ¼ Becoming parents is the most rewarding gift in the entire world. Thankyou God. ðŸ™ðŸ½ Isaiah 66:9,” she wrote on Instagram.
It was first revealed last Saturday (January 30) that she had given birth, but an exact date wasn’t known yet.
Before heading off on maternity leave before the holidays, Vanessa revealed that her pregnancy was going to be written into the show.

Gabby Barrett has given birth to her first child – a baby girl!
The 20-year-old country singer and her husband Cade Foehner welcomed Baylah May Foehner back on January 18th.
“Gotten to spend a very sweet week with our newest addition.. meet our girl🥰 Baylah May Foehner 1.18.21,” Gabby captioned a sweet photo on Instagram.
Cade shared the same pic on his page, with the caption, “Baylah May Foehner The Lord Jesus has given me so much that I scarce can believe it. Not only to be saved from sin because of His Gospel but to also be given a Wife who is not only my best friend in the whole wide world but who also has bore me a child. I am a blessed man beyond my understanding.”
The couple, who met while competing on American Idol, got married in October 2019, and announced they were expecting a baby girl almost a year later in August 2020.

The name of Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik‘s daughter has been revealed!
The 25-year-ol model didn’t officially announce her daughter’s name, but did subtly change her Instagram bio to add in that she is “Khai’s mom” – meaning she and the 28-year-old singer named their daughter Khai!

Khai‘s name could be a nod to her dad Mohamed Hadid‘s mom, whose name is Khairiah.
Khai‘s name reveal comes on her four month birthday, after Gigi and Zayn welcomed her back on September 21.
In honor of the milestone, Gigi shared a cute photo on her Instagram Story giving Khai a kiss on the cheek.
“my girl. 4 months & THE BEST KID,” Gigi wrote along with the photo.
As of right now, Gigi and Zayn have not shared a photo of their daughter’s face.
A few days earlier, Gigi revealed the exact date that she found out she was pregnant.

Liam Payne has been co-parenting with ex-partner Cheryl Cole during the pandemic and he’s opening up about the difficulties he’s faced in order to see his son Bear.
The 27-year-old singer and Cheryl, 37, split back in July 2018.
Liam went on Instagram Live this week and talked about how he visited his son that day.
“I went and saw Bear today we had a little hangout which was nice as I hadn’t seen him in a couple of weeks,” Liam told his fans. “It’s hard with the COVID thing as I have to make sure I’m negative before I go over and see him so it’s having to wait that couple of days before you can test so… He’s only up the street and it’s dead complicated but he’s gotten so big, huge.”
The UK is currently on a lockdown due to COVID-19 and households are banned from mixing during this time, though separated parents are allowed to have contact with each other for the sake of the kids.

Witney Carson is sharing more about her newborn baby boy!
The 27-year-old Dancing With The Stars pro dancer welcomed her son earlier this week, her first child with hubby Carson McAllister.

Another Dancing With The Stars baby has arrived!
Pro dancer Witney Carson announced the birth of her baby boy, her first child with hubby Carson McAllister.
“After a really hard 24 hour labor, and an unexpected c-section… we are all healthy and well. We are so grateful & we’ve been soaking up every moment with our perfect angel boy. Thank you for all the prayers! ðŸ¤,” she wrote on Instagram on Monday (January 4).
The day before, Witney shared a photo of her holding her bump while sitting in a hospital bed.
“Alright baby boy, let’s do this,” she wrote.
Witney and Carson first announced their baby news in July 2020, followed by the gender reveal in August.
She was also pregnant at the same time as one of her fellow DWTS pros Lindsay Arnold, who welcomed her baby in November.
