Jaylen Barron and Atticus Woodward snap a silly photo while attending the Los Angeles premiere of their new series Blindspotting on Sunday (June 13) at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
The two co-star as aunt and nephew in the new show, which premiered that same day on Starz.
Jaylen Barron has a big new role!
The 23-year-old actress joined the cast of the upcoming new series Blindspotting, Variety reveals.
Jaylen will play “Miles’ younger half-sister, Trish, who might be wilder than he is. While she is quite a handful, she is the most loyal and loving person you’ll ever meet.”
Also starring in the show include Jasmine Cephas Jones, Benjamin Earl Turner, Atticus Woodward and Candace Nicholas-Lippman.
Blindspotting follows “Ashley (Jones), a woman who is nipping at the heels of a middle-class life in Oakland until Miles, her partner of 12 years and father of their son, is suddenly incarcerated, leaving her to navigate a chaotic and humorous existential crisis when she is forced to move in with Miles’ mother and half-sister.”
You may most notably recognize Jaylen as she starred in the Netflix series Free Rein, as well as her recurring roles on See Dad Run, Good Luck Charlie and Shameless.

The Merry Happy Whatever actress was joined by fellow girl boss Marsai Martin and Alyson Stoner.

The new season of Free Rein is right around the corner!
Star Jaylen Barron just took to her Instagram to share the official trailer for the upcoming season.
“Szn 3 trailer uppppp!!! July 6 you are gonna be all caught up with the pony squad,” Jaylen captioned the video.
The new season follows Zoe and her friends as they set their sights on the UK Under 18s equestrian team. There’s nothing that can get in Zoe’s way, except maybe her little cousin Aaron!
Free Rein‘s new season hits Netflix on July 6th.

Halston Sage wows in a cute striped jumpsuit while arriving at City Year Los Angeles’ Spring Break: Destination Education event held at Sony Studios on Saturday (May 4) in Los Angeles.
The 25-year-old Last Summer actress was joined at the annual event by Victoria Justice, LA’s Finest‘s Sophie Reynolds, Free Rein‘s Jaylen Barron, and All American‘s Samantha Logan.
For The People‘s Britt Robertson, Good Girls‘ Lidya Jewett, and Holland Roden were also seen inside the event.
If you don’t know, City Year is an American education nonprofit organization founded in 1988 dedicated to helping students and schools succeed.

Free Rein‘s Valentine’s Day special is out on Netflix now and we can hardly wait to watch it!
Star Jaylen Barron opened up to IBTimes about the special and how fans can expect some cute Zin (Zoe and Pin) moments.
“They get in a little argument,†she shared. “It’s a little heated. It’s a little fun. It’s a little spice.â€
However, don’t worry, they’re all good!
“I think what fans like to see is Zin together — like Zoe and Pin — and they love to see their relationship because it’s unique in its own way,†Jaylen added. “…[So], I like the scene where Zoe and Pin get to kiss. Not because I get to kiss the other person, but I like to see the fans get what they want.â€
Jaylen also shared that the special really focuses on Zoe’s friendship with Gaby, Becky and Jade.
“We go off on this really cool adventure,†she said. “We’re trying to find this thing called the Maid’s Stone, and then we’re discovering [more] about Gaby and Zoe’s relationship, along with Becky [Kerry Ingram] and Jade’s [Manpreet Bambra]… I feel like it’s really about girl power, and that’s what I really like about it.â€
