Ever meet Jennifer Lawrence on the street and she wasn’t the nicest person to meet?

The 27-year-old actress recently opened up in an interview for Variety‘s “Actors on Actors” series with Adam Sandler just why she is rude to people when they approach her in public.

“Once I enter a public place, I become incredibly rude. I turn into a huge a–hole,” Jennifer said. “That’s my only way of defending myself.” She added that she’ll wag her finger at someone if they approach her table at a restaurant and she’ll say “no” if they ask for a selfie.

“You know what sometimes I do? I go, ‘It’s my day off.’ Like, if it’s Sunday, I’m like, ‘It’s Sunday, I’m not working today,’” she added.

Adam said that when an older fans approach him, he’ll tell them they don’t want a picture with him.

“They go, ‘Hey Adam, could I get a picture?’ And I always say, ‘You don’t want that, man.’ And the guy goes, ‘What?’ And I go, ‘You don’t want that.’ And then he’s like, ‘Yeah, yeah. I don’t,’” he said.

Most of the time, Adam says he doesn’t shut them down, but he told Jen that she’s “making the right move” as she has a long life ahead of her.

Jennifer Lawrence is planning on taking a break from acting – to milk goats!

The Hunger Games star – who recently split with her boyfriend of one year, mother! director Darren Aronofsky – shared her thoughts during a recent interview with Elle.

The time off is totally understandable – for the past seven years, Jennifer has filmed about three movies per year!

“I want to get a farm,” she said. “I want to be, like, milking goats.”

She also wants to do some more work with Represent.us, an organization whose goal is to end political corruption. Jen is currently on the board.

You can catch Jennifer in Red Sparrow and X-Men: Dark Phoenix next year.

Jennifer Lawrence and her boyfriend of one year, mother! director Darren Aronofsky, have broken up.

The 27-year-old actress met Darren while working with him on the movie, which was released back in September and quickly became one of the most polarizing movies of the year. Some people loved it and some did not.

The couple broke up last month, but it was amicable and “they remain friends,” according to Entertainment Tonight.

Jennifer and Darren were both at the Governors Awards a week and a half ago, where they sat together as they are still friendly. While they were relatively private about their relationship, they made several appearances together over the last few months to promote their movie.

Jennifer turned heads in a colorful sequin crop top and matching bottom that featured a flowing black skirt.

Emma was all smiles as she posed in her sleeveless white dress, featuring buckle designs and a plunging neckline. She completed her look with silver heels and a a colorful purse.

Also in attendance were Jennifer‘s boyfriend and Mother! director Darren Aronofsky, Emma‘s Battle of the Sexes co-star Andrea Riseborough, and Lady Bird‘s Saoirse Ronan and Greta Gerwig.

The 27-year-old actress was the guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday (November 2) and she filmed a fun segment in which she asked fans to name five movies that she has been in.

Sadly, no one really was able to do it!

Some of the many movies that the fans could have mentioned: The Hunger Games (plus Catching Fire and Mockingjay), Mother!, Passengers, X-Men: Apocalypse, Joy, Serena, X-Men: Days of Future Past, American Hustle, Silver Linings Playbook, and Winter’s Bone.

The Hunger Games alum hit the streets as she filmed on Monday (October 30) in Hollywood.

Jennifer was also seen high-fiving someone and letting out lots of laughs.

She rocked a pink velour jacket, brown printed top, blue jeans, and heeled black sandals.

Jennifer will host the show this Thursday – with Kim Kardashian as her guest – as Jimmy‘s son is undergoing heart surgery.

Shaquille O’Neal will host tonight’s episode with Mila Kunis as the guest, Dave Grohl is hosting the Halloween episode with Kristen Bell and Alice Cooper as guests, and Channing Tatum will host on Wednesday with Ellen DeGeneres as the guest.

Jimmy will return to the show next week.
