Jonas Brothers – ‘I Need You Christmas’ Lyric Video
Nick Jonas is opening up about his brother Joe‘s newborn daughter Willa!
The 28-year-old entertainer remained fairly mum about the newest addition to the Jonas family, but did admit she’s pretty great.
“I have [met her],†Nick told ET. “It’s, you know, Joe and Sophie’s thing to speak about or not, but she’s the best.â€
“I wish we could all be together, but that’s so many families’ wish and dream at the moment,†he added about the upcoming holidays. “But yeah, I’m grateful everyone’s healthy and happy. We’ve all been very fortunate, but looking forward to a time when life gets back to hopefully some kind of version of normal and we can spend more time together.â€
Nick, Joe and Kevin perform their song “Like It’s Christmas” in an episode of the Netflix series, which Nick actually serves as a producer.
The clip also features two of the stars of the show, Austin Abrams and Dante Brown. Nick will also have his own cameo in the same episode.
“Nick and I started kicking around what at the time seemed like a crazy idea,” producer Shawn Levy told THR. “The scripts were written. We were already making the show, and Nick and I were like, ‘Hey, wouldn’t it be fun if we invented this sequence where they go to see you in concert, and then somehow they end up in your dressing room?’ and the whole idea was hatched backstage at the Hollywood Bowl in the middle of production, and then everyone scrambled and made it happen a month later.”
“I think he thought I was kidding at first, or maybe that it was the tequila talking. But I just felt like, Yeah, why not? I mean, I’m a part of it already,” Nick also shared with THR. “So it would make perfect sense to figure out the scheduling and it was actually not an easy thing to accomplish because the tour was already pretty busy. And then to make that happen was a difficult thing from a scheduling perspective. But I think it was a really nice thing to get to do and to have the brothers open up their schedules too throughout the day we were shooting to go and do it meant a lot and I’m glad it all came together.”
Joe and his brothers Nick and Kevin just released their brand new Christmas song, “I Need You Christmas,” and it’s a bit more different than their previous Christmas release. Check it out now!
The Jonas Brothers are giving us a new song for the holiday season!
“I Need You Christmas” is a new holiday ballad released by the brothers and it’s a direct contrast to their Christmas song from last year, “Like It’s Christmas.” The new single was announced just hours before it was released.
The brothers said in a joint statement, “With having such a crazy year, we all really need something to look forward to. The Holidays is a time that brings us together and is something that brings us joy in the darkest of times. For us, this song stirs up memories of childhood snowball fights and finding the nearest hill to sled. It brings us back to spending time with family setting up the Christmas tree. Hopefully it can bring you guys the same feelings of warmth and happiness that creating it has brought us. We love you guys very much!â€
