Joey King & Joel Courtney Join 'Group Chat with Annie & Jayden' Dance Challenge

Joey King and Joel Courtney put their TikTok dance skills to the test over the weekend!

The Kissing Booth co-stars and BFFs joined Annie LeBlanc, Jayden Bartels and Hayley LeBlanc on the latest episode of Group Chat with Annie and Jayden, and joined the girls in a fun dance challenge.

In “Judge Jayden’s Dance Hall”, Jayden showed Joey, Joel and Hayley a little dance one time, and each of contestant had to try to remember it and perform it to the best of their ability/memory. Check out the fun video below!

Joel Courtney Cast In New Faith Based Movie 'Jesus Revolution'

Joel Courtney has booked the lead in a new movie!

The 24-year-old The Kissing Booth actor will star in the faith based film Jesus Revolution opposite Jim Gaffigan, reports Deadline.

The movie is inspired by the true story of a national spiritual awakening in the early 1970s and its origins within a community of teenaged hippies in Southern California.

Joel will take on the role of Greg Laurie, “a counterculture teen in the late 1960s seeking meaning and purpose, who eventually joined the Jesus Revolution in Southern California and went on to start Harvest Christian Fellowship, one of the largest congregations in America.”

Jesus Revolution comes from Lionsgate and Kingdom Story Company, the same producers of KJ Apa‘s recent faith based movie I Still Believe.

Joey King Reveals Release Date For 'The Kissing Booth 2'!

Joey King just made a big announcement!

The 20-year-old actress just revealed that The Kissing Booth 2 will premiere on July 24th on Netflix.

Joey announced the exciting news during a live stream event on Thursday (May 21), where she did a puzzle to reveal the first poster!

Here’s a synopsis: Elle Evans (King) just had the most romantic summer of her life with her reformed bad-boy boyfriend Noah Flynn (Jacob Elordi). But now Noah is off to Harvard, and Elle heads back to high school for her senior year.

She’ll have to juggle a long-distance relationship, getting into her dream college with her best friend Lee (Joel Courtney), and the complications brought on by a close friendship with a handsome, charismatic new classmate named Marco (Taylor Zakhar Perez).

When Noah grows close to a seemingly-perfect college girl (Maisie Richardson-Sellers), Elle will have to decide how much she trusts him and to whom her heart truly belongs.

Joel Courtney Announces Engagement to Girlfriend Mia Scholink!

Joel Courtney is engaged!

Over the weekend, the 24-year-old The Kissing Booth actor proposed to his longtime love Mia Scholink.

Joel took to his Instagram to share the exciting news.

“I like it, so I just had to go and put a ring on it #valentinesday #proposal #shesnotmygirlfriend #shesmyfiancé #engaged #overthemoon #cloud9 #beyondblessed and #sothankful,” Joel captioned the photo getting down on one knee.

He added, “Stay tuned! Sooooooo much more to come!!!”

Joel and Mia have known each other since they were kids and have been dating for quite some time.

Joel Courtney Joins Ava Michelle & Luke Eisner at 'To All The Boys 2' Premiere

Joel Courtney showed his support for the To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You cast at the film’s premiere!

The 24-year-old actor, who was joined by girlfriend Mia Scholink, hit the pink carpet at the event on Monday night (February 3) at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.

He was also joined by Tall Girl stars Ava Michelle and Luke Eisner.

Other attendees included Alyson Stoner, After‘s Inanna Sarkis, Jake T. Austin, Alex Wassabi, Sydney to the Max star Ruth Righi, Lilia Buckingham, Team Kaylie‘s Eliza Pryor and Hey Violet.

Also in attendance was 13 Reasons Why actors Timothy Granaderos and Tyler Barnhardt.

The To All The Boys sequel will begin streaming on Netflix on February 12. The third movie is expected later this year and it has already been filmed!
