Cody and Marloes have been in Australia since the beginning of April, and have remained there since, as he actually moved back home.

The 24-year-old singer and athlete was in good spirits after the Mens 50m Butterfly competition, where he placed 9th overall, out of 10 swimmers.
Cody spoke to the Sydney Morning Herald after his competition, revealing that he’s “still trying to figure out how to put it all together, still a little rusty out of quarantine.”
“I wasn’t sure if I was going to race this week but figured I’d do the 50m just to start swinging the arms over and see how it goes,” Cody added. “I was happy to make a final in my first week back. That’s good enough for me at the moment.”
He continued that “to make an open final in the first go around is pretty cool, I’ll keep improving as we go. There’s a long way to go but I’ve come a long way in a short amount of time.”
Cody is committed to have a chance to qualify for the upcoming Tokyo Olympics.
Cody was spotted in training just days ahead of the event.

Cody Simpson and his girlfriend Marloes Stevens are such a cute couple!
The 24-year-old entertainer and the 28-year-old model were spotted out for lunch together on Wednesday (April 14) on the Gold Coast of Australia.
Cody was also spotted at swim practice on both Wednesday and again on Thursday. He wore speedos while training for the Olympic swimming trials. If you didn’t see our previous post, make sure to check out all of the other hot photos we have!
Just last month, Cody and Marloes were in Los Angeles and it looks like they will be in Australia until the Olympic trials.
For those that don’t remember, Cody was previously linked to Miley Cyrus until the summer of 2020.

The 24-year-old singer kept his buff body covered up in an aqua colored shirt.
The next day, Cody shared a shirtless photo on Instagram, showing off how his body has changed with his workouts.

He also shared another photo of him in the studio, writing, “Out of the water & into the studio. #Dive.” Can’t wait to hear new music!
Cody and Marloes were first spotted out together in November 2020, where they were seen showing PDA while out to lunch with friends. They even kicked off the new year together and shared some cute photos from their last trip of the year.
If you missed it, back in December, Cody revealed that he qualified to go to the Australian Olympic trials for the 100 Fly in swimming.

The 23-year-old went to Erewhon market for lunch and he also picked up a bouquet of flowers to give to his girlfriend Marloes Stevens.

Cody and Marloes spent New Year’s Eve together and just before the New Year, they took a trip to Joshua Tree.
“Last adventure of 2020,” she captioned a post on Instagram. Cody also posted photos from their trip, but has since taken down his post.

While out for lunch, the new couple sat close and he had his arm around her. She was also seen giving him a kiss on the cheek!
Cody and his new girl have also been seen out together a couple of other times this past week. They were seen having some fun while heading to their car after a shopping trip on Sunday (November 1), and seen arriving at a residence the day before that.
Cody‘s mom Angie and sister Alli just recently released a new children’s book called “Clouds,” where they pulled inspiration from Cody‘s music for the book described as “a touching, luminously illustrated tale inspired by the singer’s lullaby about the treasured memories of growing up in the tradition of ‘The Wonderful Things You Will Be.’”
