Liam Payne is opening up a bit more about the One Direction 10th Anniversary plans, which apparently won’t include Zayn Malik.
During an Instagram Live call, the 26-year-old singer shared that Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan have some special plans in the works, but Zayn would be absent from them, The Sun reports.
“Most of us are in London. We’ve been trying to arrange the first group FaceTime at the moment,” Liam shared while chatting with DJ Alesso.
He then added that Alesso could “come and fill in for Zayn, join the band.”
While nothing else was mentioned on Zayn‘s participation, Liam did admit that Louis did call him out for spilling reunion plans.
“I can’t say too much it was actually Louis told me off for revealing a bit about our plans the other day. So I had a group telling off on the group chat,” he added.
Liam, Louis, Harry and Niall did all just re-follow Zayn, who left the band in 2014, on social media.

Fans began to notice that Liam Payne, 26, Niall Horan, 26, Louis Tomlinson, 28, and Harry Styles, 26, all recently began following Zayn, who left the back in 2015.
Of course, this prompted rumors that a reunion of sorts could happen.
The band announced their hiatus in 2016, and Liam himself recently fueled reunion rumors in an interview a few days ago, saying, “We’ve got a ten-year anniversary coming up, so we’ve all been speaking together a lot over the last few weeks, which has been really nice.”
Harry recently got very candid about Zayn‘s exit from the band back in 2015.

Earlier this week, Liam Payne hinted that the guys have something in store for the band’s upcoming 10-year anniversary and fans have been freaking out.
“We’ve got a ten-year anniversary coming up so we’ve all been speaking together a lot over the last few weeks which has been really nice. To hear a lot of people’s voices and seeing old content and different things that we haven’t seen for a long time or never seen before, it’s very interesting,” Liam told The Sun.
He continued, “At the moment I’m not sure what I’m allowed to say. There’s a number of different things that we are all working on to try and make happen and people are forwarding emails around. But more than anything it’s just been a real good time for us to connect together again.â€
One Direction‘s 10-year anniversary takes place on July 23rd.

Niall Horan thinks Taylor Swift is one of the best songwriters of her generation and we totally agree!
The 25-year-old musician recently spilled on how the superstar songstress changed his songwriting and why he thinks of her when he’s working on new music.
“She was always very honest, very sweet… And then she’s got the bad side to her, she’s got ‘Bad Blood’ and some of the other tunes that she’s done over the years. She’s just one of the greatest songwriters of her generation,” Niall told Zane Lowe on Apple Music.
He continued, “I sometimes will sit here and I’ll play some chords and then I’ll go, ‘What would Taylor do right now?’ I actually said it to Taylor. It was her birthday and I sent her an email and I was like, ‘There’s very few artists around now that you could say that, when you’re sitting writing a song, you’re like, ‘What chord would Taylor choose now? Would she go minor? Would she stay it a bit straighter?””
Niall added, “Taylor Swift is one of those and she deserves everything she gets. The most successful of all time have been no beating around the bush with the lyric…It’s just poetic, it’s storytelling, it’s straight down the middle stuff and just, yeah, you can literally just see the picture being painted in front of you, which is something to behold and something I’m sometimes jealous of.”

Niall Horan is revealing what he’s been doing while social distancing!
The “Heartbreak Weather” crooner was seen getting his sweat on on Tuesday (April 7) in London, England.
He listened to his headphones as he enjoyed the fresh air.
Niall wrote in his Instagram Stories, “Day 1 … AM. 5k run. (Timed)” followed by the list of exercises involved in his workout routine. (See it in our gallery!)
It looks like Niall has also been working on some new music during his lockdown, as he posted a photo of his at-home studio with the caption, “And we are up and running. This will take some of the boredom away.”

Niall Horan has unfortunately canceled his upcoming Nice to Meet Ya Tour.
The 26-year-old musician made the sad announcement on his Instagram, letting fans know that he plans to spend time writing and will hit the road in 2021.
“This was a difficult decision, but the well-being of my fans and touring family is always my top priority. Not being able to tour for what is effectively most of 2020 just didn’t feel right and I’m so sorry to all you amazing people who bought tickets,” Niall wrote.
He continued, “I want to announce new dates soon but I don’t think it’s fair on you guys to do so until the dust has settled and things have gone back to normal…I am going to focus on writing and recording more in order to be back to touring next year with more music to play for you all…I cannot wait to be back.”
All tickets purchased will be refunded.
