Liam Payne and Rita Ora are spilling about recording their “For You” collaboration!

The two musicians, who released the music video for the song off of the Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack, stopped by some radio stations to promote the song on Wednesday morning (January 31) in New York City.

While stopping by SiriusXM Hits 1, Rita spilled on hitting the studio with Liam last year.

“It was actually just a great, easy record. For the first time we worked together, we were actually in the studio physically, together! It’s no dropbox in this collab. We just really vibed. It was just a really lovely love song,” Rita said.

Liam Payne and Rita Ora‘s whimsical “For You” music video is finally here!

It opens with Rita wearing a billowing red gown while wandering around a garden. Meanwhile, Liam hangs out inside with a cup of scotch in his hand.

The enchanting video also features levitation and fireworks as the duo finally meets on the stairs.

Fifty Shades Freed, the final installment of the Fifty Shades trilogy, hits theaters on February 9.

Liam Payne sometimes got jealous of Zayn Malik while they were in One Direction together!

The “Bedroom Floor” singer was joined by his “For You” duet partner Rita Ora as he visited KISS FM at Bauer Radio and BBC Radio 1 on Friday (January 12) in London, England.

Liam revealed that he often felt like the spokesperson of the group, sometimes wishing he were more like Zayn.

“I was the guy for the job. I was the talky guy,” Liam told The Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw. “I feel like it was nice to be Zayn sometimes. He just came in and he wasn’t expected to say very much, unless prompted to do so.”

Rita Ora and Liam Payne don’t just sing songs together – they dine together, too!

The “For You” collaborators both attended GQ London 2018 Fashion Week Men’s at Berners Tavern on Monday night (January 8) in London, England.

The night was co-hosted by Rita and GQ editor Dylan Jones.

Guests also included Isaac Carew, Oliver Cheshire, Tom Daley, Dustin Lance Black, Idris Elba, David Furnish, Jack Guinness, Toby Huntington-Whiteley, Dermot O’Leary, Chris Robshaw, Camilla Kerslake, Eric Rutherford and Tinie Tempah.

Newly promoted Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Matt Hancock also stopped by the party.

Guests were served with drinks, followed by a lavish dinner including a starter of beetroot and vodka cured salmon, followed by slow cooked shoulder of Herdwick lamb, and finished with a peanut butter parfait.

Liam Payne is teaming up with his friend Rita Ora on this hot new song called “For You.”

The track will be the lead single for the upcoming movie Fifty Shades Freed, which will come out in theaters during Valentine’s Day weekend.

The song was produced by Ali Tamposi, Ali Payami, and Rita‘s boyfriend Watt.

The duo shared a snippet of their song “For You,” off of the Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack, on their Instagram and you need to hear it!

Liam and Rita also included some super cute behind-the-scenes footage from their time in the studio.

“We did this #ForYou! Had so much fun in the studio with @ritaora. Our new single from the #FiftyShadesFreed soundtrack drops this Friday January 5,” Liam wrote on his account.
