'Spider-Man 3' Gets Official Title After Stars Share Multiple Fake Titles The Day Before

The official title for the upcoming third Spider-Man film has been revealed!

The new pic, which will be out in theaters this Christmas, is titled Spider-Man: No Way Home.

After revealing multiple fake titles” the day before, stars Tom Holland, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon went to director Jon Watts‘ office to question about the mix-up.

Tom comes out of the office and says he was just given another wrong title and wonders why that is. Zendaya and Jacob respond by saying that it’s quite obvious since Tom has been known to leak spoilers.

As they’re walking away, a white board behind them comes into view with a lot of writing and images, but circled in the middle is the new title.

“Now all the fans can theorize to their hearts content❤️❤️❤️,” Jacob commented on Tom‘s post revealing the title.

Tom Holland & Jacob Batalon Share Fake 'Spider-Man 3' Titles & First Look Photos

Tom Holland shocked some fans when he “revealed” the title of the upcoming third Spider-Man movie.

The 24-year-old actor shared a first look photo with co-stars Jacob Batalon and Zendaya, along with what he says is the new title.

“So excited to announce the new Spider-Man title. Can’t wait for you lot to see what we have been up to. Love from Atlanta,” he wrote.

The title reads “Spider-Man: Phone Home,” which just reminds us of the classic film ET.

Then Jacob shared another photo, but a different title.

“We’re so excited to share the TITLE of our new movie!! Swipe right for the big reveal!!🤩😝😱also enjoy this exclusive still from the movie, just an extra gift from us😘,” he wrote, with his title “Spider-Man: Home Wrecker.”

Later, Zendaya got in on the fun and posted her own!

“So excited to announce the new Spider-Man title. So proud of this one…FOS is back!” she captioned her post.

Tom commented, “Right… I have had enough of this! I’m calling Jon [Watts, the director]”

Tom Holland Says Tobey Maguire & Andrew Garfield Are NOT In 'Spider-Man 3,' But...

Tom Holland is really doing well at keeping his mouth shut about the upcoming third Spider-Man movie!

The 24-year-old Cherry actor was asked in a new magazine interview about the rumors of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield reprising their Spider-Man roles for a live action multi-verse.

“No, no, they will not be appearing in this film,” Tom told Esquire. “Unless they have hidden the most massive piece of information from me, which I think is too big of a secret for them to keep from me. But as of yet, no. It’ll be a continuation of the Spider-Man movies that we’ve been making.”

Even though Tom is saying no, we’re not fully trusting what he says, because in the same interview, he also said, “I honestly have no idea what this film is about and I’m eight weeks into shooting it.”

He also revealed that Peter Parker’s hair is probably going to look a little different in some scenes due to the movie he was filming before Spider-Man, Uncharted.

“My hair in Uncharted is much cooler. I have cool shaved sides and it’s slick at the back, and that’s not very Peter Parker. He’s a bit of a loser,” Tom told Esquire. “So they put this wig on me that was just around the sides. For the first time in my life, I put my foot down as the leading actor and was like, ‘I’m not f–king wearing that wig. You can just…I’m going to have shorter hair and you’re going to have to deal with it.’”

Tom Holland Says 'Spider-Man 3' Is 'Most Ambitious Standalone Superhero Movie Ever'

Tom Holland is really hyping up his upcoming third Spider-Man movie!

The 24-year-old actor is currently in Atlanta, Ga, where they’re shooting the film, and he just teased that it will be HUGE.

“Obviously, I can’t really say anything,” he told Variety. “I can say that it’s the most ambitious standalone superhero movie ever made. You sit down, read the script, and see what they’re trying to do, and they’re succeeding. It’s really impressive.”

“I’ve never seen a standalone superhero movie quite like it. And I’m just, you know, again, that lucky little sh-t who happens to be Spider-Man in it,” Tom added. “I’m just as excited as everyone else to see it, let alone be a part of it.”

As for filming, they’ve only scratched the surface, apparently. Tom was last spotted no set, along with Zendaya, back in mid-January.

“We got a lot more shooting to do. We started before Christmas and shot for like seven weeks. We stopped for the Christmas break, and then we’re starting again,” Tom shared. “I just basically go where I’m told and do as I’m told. I don’t really know anything that’s happening.”

Though nothing has been confirmed by Marvel, there have been a lot of rumors about Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield reprising their Spider-Men, as well as some villains from their universes for a huge Spider-Man multiverse for the upcoming movie. Tom, who has been known to drop some spoilers, is keeping mum on the rumors though!

Tom Holland Reveals How He Found Out He Landed 'Spider-Man' Role

Tom Holland is dishing on how he found about being cast as the next Spider-Man!

The 24-year-old actor opened up to fellow Marvel actor Daniel Kaluuya from Black Panther in an actor on actors interview with Variety.

“The audition process was horrible. It was seven months of auditioning. I must’ve done six auditions, and they don’t tell you anything. They just always tell you you did a great job, and they’ll be in touch” Tom shared. “Then six weeks will go by and you’re waiting and waiting and waiting, and then, eventually, I got a screen test in Atlanta.”

Tom tested with Robert Downey Jr, then eventually after about another six weeks, he tested with Chris Evans.

“They flew us back to Atlanta, me and one other guy, and we did this scene, which was so surreal. By that point, it had been an amazing enough of an experience that if I hadn’t got the part, I would’ve felt like I’d at least achieved something to get to that point,” Tom said. “I went out to play golf with my dad. I lost and I was upset, and I remember going on my phone and checking Instagram, and Marvel had posted a picture of ‘Spider-Man,’ of the cartoon. And by this point, I kind of had assumed I hadn’t got it, because no one had called me.”

“I got my computer, and my dog was sitting next to me. I type in ‘Marvel.’ I’ve still got the article saved on my computer. It said, ‘We would like to introduce our new Spider-Man, Tom Holland,’” he continued. “I broke my computer, because I flipped it up in the air. It fell off my bed; my dog went nuts. I ran downstairs. I was telling my family, ‘I got the part! I got the part!’ And obviously, that was right about the time when Sony had got hacked, so my brother, Harry, who’s quite tech savvy, was like, ‘No. There’s no way that’s real. They would have called you. They’ve been hacked.” And then the studio called me and gave me the news. It was so bizarre how it happened.”

Tom even thought that he was going to get fired between Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Tom was just recently seen on set of Spider-Man 3 with his co-star Zendaya in Atlanta, and we just got the first look at Tom in the new Spider-Man attraction at Disneyland!
