Ruby Jay kicks up her heel in a flirty red dress while arriving at ELLE & Ferragamo’s Hollywood Rising Celebration over the weekend in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 14-year-old The Unicorn starlet was joined by Disney star Sofia Wylie, Emily Alyn Lind, Eris Baker and Chloe Lukasiak.
