Katherine Langford‘s scene was famously cut out of Avengers: Endgame earlier this year.
The 23-year-old actress was cast to play Morgan Stark, the adult daughter of Tony Stark and Pepper Potts, in the final movie of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series, however, her scene didn’t make the final film.
Fans were understandably upset, however, there is good news about it – Katherine‘s scene is on Disney+, in the film’s “Extras”.
“This is originally what happened after Tony snapped his fingers,†director Joe Russo says in the deleted scene’s commentary. “We sent him to what we would call ‘The Way Station’ to mirror what happened with Thanos with his daughter in Infinity War.â€
Co-director Anthony Russo adds, “The idea is that this moment, that act forces you to confront or reconcile something that is unresolved in yourself and your soul.”
