Cailee Spaeny Premieres 'How It Ends' At Tribeca Film Festival After Trailer Drops
Cailee Spaeny wears her hair slicked back at the premiere of her new movie How It Ends held on the last day of the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival on Sunday (June 20) in New York City.
The 23-year-old actress was joined by the writers and directors of the movie, Zoe Lister-Jones, who also stars in the film, and Daryl Wein.
Here’s a synopsis: In this feel good apocalyptic comedy, freewheeling Liza (Lister-Jones) scores an invite to one last wild party before the world ends. But making it there won’t be easy, after her car is stolen, and the clock is ticking on her plan to tie up loose ends with friends and family. Accompanied by her younger self (Spaeny), Liza embarks on a hilarious journey across Los Angeles, running into an eclectic cast of characters.
The film also stars Olivia Wilde, Fred Armisen, Whitney Cummings, Colin Hanks, Finn Wolfhard, Helen Hunt, Nick Kroll, Bradley Whitford, and more.
The trailer for the movie was just recently released, and you can watch it right here!
How It Ends will be out in select theaters and on digital on July 20th.
If you didn’t know, Cailee and Zoe also previously worked together on the 2020 film, The Craft: Legacy.
