Addison Rae is dishing on her upcoming movie He’s All That!

In a new radio interview, the 20-year-old shared that he film is coming sooner than we think, and she opened up about her first day on set.

“[It's coming along] really well. I am so, so, so excited. It’s coming sooner than people think along with, you know, so many other things, but yeah, it’s going to be on Netflix. I’m very, very excited,” she told SiriusXM. “It was a project that I, you know, felt really, really good about, especially, you know, going into it. And now that it’s over, it feels better than ever. So I’m really happy.”

As for her first day, Addison shared, “I knew the lines. I nailed it. I had, you know, two of my co-stars with me, the entire scene and the first day we shot. So it was so much fun and I got to work with everyone on the first day.”

“I got super comfortable, super-fast and yeah, I mean, I had great people around me to kind of coach me through it as long as, I mean, as, as well as the team, you know, the production team was really hands-on because everything was so limited due to COVID. So we were all really, really close when we were close in filming. And then, you know, only stayed around a few amount of people,” she added.

Filming on the movie started in November and wrapped up just before Christmas.

Addison Rae is opening up about the paparazzi!

The 20-year-old social star talked with the Zach Sang Show about her music, TikTok, and handling the constant paparazzi.

“I like to be respectful. I mean, you know, you have to understand this is people’s jobs, and I get it,” she said. “I get it and there are boundaries, and I think I’ve set those for myself.”

“I can mentally separate that whenever I’m in those situations, and I definitely won’t talk about things that are, I’m uncomfortable talking about, and I won’t,” Addison added. “I think that’s just kind of a part of standing up for myself and being like, you know, I respect you, you respect me.”

“I’m always down for them, you know, for them to take the photos. It’s always fun, of course, but I think there is boundaries and do they know those boundaries? Sometimes no, and I kind of have to accept that and work myself around that and know when I don’t want to answer things I don’t have to.”

Addison isn’t the only one to speak out about the paparazzi recently – This actress opened up about how she doesn’t think she’s interesting enough to have the paparazzi follow her everywhere, and this musician shared that they’ve found a way to trick the paps and avoid being photographed.

Addison Rae is dishing on who has influenced her when it comes to performing!

The 20-year-old released an energetic, high energy music video for her debut single “Obsessed,” and matched that energy for a performance on The Tonight Show.

In a new interview, Addison was asked, though she has a dance and cheer background, if she’s studied or looked at other entertainers’ stage presence.

“I mean, so many people. I think, you know, JLo has amazing stage presence, Beyonce, Britney [Spears].. I mean, there’s so many people that just captivate the audience with the performance and I think that’s the best part,” Addison told Audacy. “Being able to really, you know, put on a show.”

Addison then revealed her favorite part of the “Obsessed” music video.

“Probably the dance part. I really loved the dance part, it was so much fun,” she shared. “But also I guess changing into different looks too. I loved the outfits and being able to kind of play different characters in a way, but with all still being me. But kind of just different parts of me.”

“The wig was so much fun. That was my first wig, so that was fun,” Addison added.

Addison Rae will be making an appearance on the next episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians!

The 20-year-old’s appearance with BFF Kourtney Kardashian was teased at the end of this week’s episode, in a preview for the next one.

In the clip, Kim Kardashian says, “Kourtney‘s not really like this with her other girlfriends.”

Addison and Kourtney of course became close last summer after they met when Addison went over to do a TikTok video with Kourtney‘s son Mason.

“I met Kourtney through a friend, through David [Dobrik]. We surprised Mason because Mason liked my videos on TikTok,” Addison said on The Tom Ward Show last year. “I kind of just stuck around and we got really close. We started working out together. We did a video on her YouTube of us doing a butt workout and stuff, so that was fun.”

Though the two became close, because of their 21-year age difference, they’ve received quite a bit of criticism…

Addison Rae is speaking out about the backlash following her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

While on the show, the 20-year-old showed off some of the most popular TikTok dances right now.

After her appearance, many called her and the show out for not giving credit to the Black creators who came up with those dances.

TMZ caught up with Addison in Los Angeles on Monday (March 29) and asked her about the backlash.

“I think they were all credited in the original YouTube posting, but it’s kinda hard to credit during the show,” Addison told the site. “But they all know that I love them so much and I mean, I support all of them so much. And hopefully one day we can all meet up and dance together.”

She also mentioned that her and Jimmy Fallon have been “speaking all about it behind-the-scenes.”
