YouTubers are banding together on social media and sending their thoughts to YouTube, just after hearing about an active shooting going on at headquarters in San Bruno, Calif.
Police confirmed the presence of a shooter after people in the area reported hearing shots fired. The shooting reportedly happened in an outdoor cafe on the grounds of the facility.

Andrea Russett had a really scary incident at her home today in Los Angeles — she had a break in!
The digital influencer and actress revealed on social media this morning that a group of guys broke into her house while she was still there.
“I woke up today to the sound of our patio door shattering and a bunch of men running through our house looking for things to steal,” she wrote. “I had to hide in my bathroom trying not to make a sound while they rummaged through my room, literally feet away from me.”

Now safe, Andrea revealed that police soon arrived after she called.
“Sandra and I are safe. and buying every security system ever made,” she adds.

Andrea Russett has taken to Instagram to reveal her rough couple of weeks dealing with anxiety.
The YouTuber and actress shared that she has trouble asking for help, but wants others to know that they’re not alone, and it’s nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about.
“i’ve been having a reaaaally rough couple of weeks with anxiety,” she wrote. “it started to feel like anxiety had more control over my life than i did, and rather than asking for help i bottled it up and tried my best to pretend it wasn’t happening. i was getting about three hours of sleep a night, canceling plans with friends, and avoiding everyday tasks. yesterday i finally hit a point where i knew i needed to address it for what it is. i have anxiety. but i am not my anxiety.”
“it has felt like every month it has slowing raveled more and more out of control and every day tasks became more and more overwhelming,” Andrea continued. “but im making the conscious decision to acknowledge it, and find a healthy way to combat it. i’m posting this because for myself at least, i struggle with asking for help out of fear of no one understanding what i’m going through or feeling. so if you feel similar to this in any way, you’re not alone. and you’re going to be okay. be kind to yourself. mental health is so so important and never anything to be ashamed or embarrassed of.”
The YouTube star just signed a film AND television development deal with Fullscreen, according to Variety.
“I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to work with on this development deal than my extended family at Fullscreen,” Andrea said. “I am looking forward to taking my career to the next level in 2018 and can’t wait to share these experiences with my fans!”
Andrea will help develop and create scripted and unscripted content with the digital media platform.
