The cast of Katy Keene get in a group shot while backstage at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Festival at the T-Mobile Arena on Saturday night (September 21) in Las Vegas.

The crew – Julia Chan, Ashleigh Murray, Lucy Hale and Jonny Beauchamp – took a break from filming to go cross country for the music festival.

Also in attendance were Batwoman‘s Rachel Skarsten, CNCO, Zara Larsson, In Real Life, Wesley Stromberg, and Jacob Sartorius.

The cast of Katy Keene attend the premiere of their new show at the 2019 Tribeca TV Festival on Saturday (September 14) in New York City.

Those in attendance include Lucy Hale, Ashleigh Murray, Camille Hyde, Jonny Beauchamp, Julia Chan, Katherine LaNasa, Lucien Laviscount, and Zane Holtz.

At the premiere, creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealed some details about Riverdale and Katy Keene crossing over. Though it will be hard for actual crossovers to happen, seeing as Katy Keene is set five years into the future as Riverdale, there will be visits from different characters.

“We definitely will be seeing the Pussycats, but probably not in the way you expect,” Roberto dished, via Deadline, to which Ashleigh excitedly responded with, “Stop!”

Josie’s mom will also be heading over to Katy Keene for an appearance.

In addition, Katy’s love interest, KO Kelly (Holtz), who is a boxer, will go up against someone from Riverdale, and while the audience chanted for KJ Apa‘s Archie Andrews, producers did not comment.

A few days before, Ashleigh wore a much shorter hairstyle while attending the Longchamp fashion show during fashion week.

Ashleigh recently shared her love for Keiynan Lonsdale‘s latest single “Rainbow Dragon“.

“‘Honestly, if you’re not obsessed with @KeiynanLonsdale’s Rainbow Dragon I really don’t know what you’re doing with your life atm.’ – me 24/7,” she tweeted.

Charlotte Lawrence is showing off her new look at 2019 New York Fashion Week!

The 19-year-old singer stepped out with new pink locks for the Longchamp show on Saturday afternoon (September 7) at Hearst Plaza, Lincoln Center in New York City.

She was also joined at the event by Riverdale‘s Ashleigh Murray.

“The boots, y’all. The boots. The face. The hair. L E G Z the boooooots 😭😭,” Ashleigh wrote on her Instagram after the show.

The premiere is of course the Luke Perry tribute episode titled “Chapter Fifty-Eight: In Memoriam.”

In the other two images, we see the teen characters – Jughead (Cole Sprouse), Betty (Lili Reinhart), Veronica (Camila Mendes), Kevin (Casey Cott), Josie (Ashleigh Murray), Reggie (Charles Melton), Cheryl (Madeleine Petsch) and Toni (Vanessa Morgan) – at an outdoor gathering, in less somber-looking moods.

Showrunner Roberto Aquirre-Sacasa recently spoke about the episode and dished that it’s unlike any other episode of the show.

Riverdale will return on Wednesday, October 9th at 8pm ET on The CW.

Ashleigh Murray is opening up about going from Riverdale to Katy Keene in a brand new interview.

The actress, who will bring her character of Josie McCoy from Riverdale to New York City for the new series, opened up about the differences and possible crossover potential for the new show.

“That’s one of my favorite things about it, that it has a lightness and hope to it that is absolutely gone in Riverdale,” she shared with ET. “It’s not all gone, but it’s on its way out.”

Ashleigh continued, “I also like the fact that while it is bright, there is still drama, there’s still hardship and still that grit, because it’s life. Life isn’t without it.”

We know that a crossover is definitely coming for Katy Keene and Riverdale, but when is another question.

Until that happens though, Lucy Hale has some ideas of which Riverdale character she’d love to see pop up on Katy Keene.

Speaking to TV Guide, the 30-year-old actress named Camila Mendes, aka Veronica Lodge, as the one she’d like to see guest star.

“I think it’s mentioned that Katy and Veronica are friends, so I think Veronica popping on by would be fun,” Lucy shared.

Ashleigh Murray, who transferred from Riverdale to Katy Keene, is really wanting Kevin to come see her in the big city.

“Kevin [Casey Cott], definitely. He’s really big into musical theater, and where else would you go for a wonderful time in musical theater other than New York?” she shared.

Ashleigh also picked out Archie, too: “And I actually think it would be kind of fun if Archie showed up in New York. Mostly because I want to see KJ [Apa] with his beard … I know he loves it so it’d be kind of nice if he could show up and be grown Archie and go for pizza.”

Katy Keene will premiere next year on The CW.
