Becky G‘s new song and music video “They Ain’t Ready” is here!

In the video, the 23-year-old singer meets up with her lover, changes identities and runs away with him.

Becky‘s brother Frankie helped design some new merch with ALL proceeds going to LA Students Most in Need, which supports the students across the Los Angeles Unified communities who no longer have the benefit of attending school every day.

Funds will be used to provide meals and urgently needed supplies for students and their families, and address the digital divide by providing technology to students so they may access online tools and resources to continue their learning during the school closures.

Becky G has a new song coming out!

The singer took to Instagram on Friday (April 10) to share the exciting news with fans.

“I’ve been thinking about releasing this song for awhile now and hadn’t decided on a date yet,” she captioned a photo of the artwork. “My team and I decided last week that right now just felt right. However, I must say this release is slightly bittersweet. At the time, this song was meant to inspire others to fight for love and come together despite their differences. Today, it not only stands for that, but also hope.”

“My brother @iamfrankieg has been helping me design some super dope, super special merch just for this release,” she continued. “All proceeds from the merch will benefit LA Students Most In Need, a fund within the California Community Foundation @calfund. Becky G is teaming up with PrettyLittleThing!

The 23-year-old musician just announced she is the newest brand ambassador for the brand and will be launching the PLT x Becky G capsule collection later this year.

Becky isn’t the first celeb to work with the trendy brand. Earlier this year, Little Mix unveiled their own collab with the clothing company!

Becky G sparkles on the pink carpet at the 2020 Premio Lo Nuestro held at American Airlines Arena on Thursday (February 20) in Miami, Fla.

The 22-year-old singer and actress was nominated for Urban Female Artist, and she also hit the stage.

Becky joined her collaborators Carlos Rivera and Pedro Capó for a performance of their song “Perdiendo la Cabeza”.

Also in attendance was CNCO, who took home the award for Pop/Rock Duo!

While walking the carpet, Becky G also teased a new song that she has coming out.

“It’s a song that’s like, I guess the word is ‘contagioso,’ it’s contagious!” she told ET. “It’s happy, it makes you want to dance. More than anything, we’re just going to enjoy our time on stage.”

Becky G is adding some hot sauce to her hummus in the new Sabra commercial!

The ad aired on Sunday (February 2) during the 2020 Super Bowl, and also featured TikTok stars Charli D’Amelio and Brittany Tomlinson, aka Kombucha Girl, among others.

Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane walk the carpet while attending Instagram’s Grammy Luncheon on Friday afternoon (January 24) at Ysabel in West Hollywood, Calif.

The event celebrated women in music and many rising female stars stepped out to attend the event.

Ella Mai, Tinashe, Saweetie, Echosmith‘s Sydney Sierota, Becky G, Zhavia Ward, Laura Marano, Loren Gray, Lexy Panterra, Melanie Fiona, Diana Gordon, and MILCK were among the other stars in attendance.
