Ariana Grande and her older brother Frankie wave to the fans while arriving at Boots in London, England on Wednesday night (November 4).
The 22-year-old singer/actress launched her debut fragrance, Ari by Ariana Grande, before her meet and greet with fans later on.
“what I was yelling was “I’m sorry I can’t hug / come out to u”. the security guys here wouldn’t let me outside& I’m really upset. I’m sorry,” she wrote on Twitter, apologizing to the fans outside the venue.
Ariana added, “but seeing you earlier today made me so happy. I love you. that meet n greet lifted my spirit so much. thank you my babies for your love, humor and kindness always. I dunno what I’d do w/o you.”

Ariana Grande and Lorde hit the red carpet at the Republic Records After Party following the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards held at Ysabel on Sunday (August 30) in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old hit-maker and Lorde, 18, were joined at the event by Nolan Gerard Funk, Paper Towns‘ Halston Sage, American Idol winner Nick Fradiani, Prince Royce, Ariana‘s bother Frankie Grande, and JustJared.com‘s very own Jared Eng.
