Lots of fans of The Kissing Booth 2 are totally shipping Elle and Marco together… and the actors who portrayed them in the film love to spend time together in real life!
Joey King, 21, and Taylor Zakhar Perez, 28, are currently on a weekend getaway together and they have shared some photos on Instagram from their road trip.
The two stars both posted the same “road trip” photos to their Instagram Stories on Saturday morning (August 1) and they later shared photos while swimming by a waterfall. Joining them on the trip were Taylor‘s sister Maria and a couple other friends.
Taylor assured fans that they tested negative for COVID-19 before setting off on the getaway!

In The Kissing Booth 2, Joey and Taylor‘s characters Elle and Marco end up in a love triangle with Jacob Elordi‘s Noah. After the movie premiered and went to number one, the two young stars reunited in Los Angeles to celebrate the film’s success.

Joey King is sharing a raw video of THAT dance with Taylor Zakhar Perez in The Kissing Booth 2!
The now 21-year-old actress uploaded the full video to her Instagram account.
“Dance into the weekend with us AND WATCH THE KISSING BOOTH 2 ON NETFLIX!!! This is the full version that we shot of the final arcade scene with Marco and Elle. We danced the entire day which was killer on my shin splints but my dance partner made it all worth it. This was a really exhausting day but more fun than anything else. I miss this a lot 🥺â¤ï¸,” she wrote with the video.
If you’re wondering why the dance is in front of a green screen, Joey has your answer!
“no it was!!!! Just that specific scene was done on a green screen,” she replied to a fan who said, “So it wasn’t actually in an arcade:(”

The actress just turned hit the milestone birthday TODAY (July 30) and her friends and co-stars are sending her b-day wishes.

Joey King is going to continue working with Hulu!
It was recently announced that the 20-year-old actress has signed a first look deal with the streaming service, making her one of the youngest people to do so, Deadline reports.
As part of her deal, Joey will produce new TV series for the platform.
It was previously announced that Joey will star in and executive produce a limited series called A Spark of Light.
The new series is based off of Jodi Picoult‘s best selling book of the same name.
Joey of course previously worked with Hulu on the hit limited series The Act, where she earned an Emmy nomination for her portrayal of Gypsy Rose Blanchard.
In case you missed it, Joey just announced the third The Kissing Booth movie alongside her co-stars, where she will also serve as an executive producer!

The Kissing Booth 3 was just announced and we already have a first look at the new movie!
Earlier today (July 26), Joey King and the cast of The Kissing Booth 2 announced the exciting news that a third movie was coming.
“The Kissing Booth 3 is OFFICIAL! 🎉ðŸ˜ðŸ’‹,” the film series’ Instagram account wrote with an announcement video.
The announcement came during the last day of the TKB2 Fan Fest live stream.
The third installment of The Kissing Booth franchise will see the return of the original stars Joey, Joel Courtney, Jacob Elordi and Meganne Young, as well as newcomers for the second, Maisie Richardson-Sellers and Taylor Zakhar Perez!
Along with the announcement, we also got a first look at TKB3, which picks up where the last one ended, the summer right after graduation.
In the clip, we see Elle, Noah, Lee and Rachel out at the pool when Elle gets a call from the Harvard admissions office. If you missed it, find out why Harvard is calling Elle!

The Kissing Booth 3 will be released in 2021 and the movie was filmed back-to-back with the sequel last summer. The cast said that on some days they would shoot scenes for both of the films!
