The 30-year-old actor gave an interview where he chatted about his career, working as an Abercrombie guy, and his pal Kristen Stewart. Here’s what he shared:
On his career: “I don’t have the dream to win an Oscar. But, like, a lot of people get validation, or feel that there’s a level of success that comes from winning awards. Personally, I don’t need that. If I do [win an award], amazing! Look at Matthew McConaughey and what he’s done…”
On working at Abercrombie: “I did the greeter thing. I didn’t have to fold any clothes. I would just shoot rubber bands at customers who would walk by.”
On being Twilight-level famous: “I learned that if you make your fans your friends, they’re not as crazy. A lot of the actors became so shy that they became unapproachable, which made the fans so crazy that they just wanted to rip their clothes off of them.”
On Kristen Stewart: “I’m proud of her for being herself. Times have changed now—there’s a lot of invasion of privacy and a lot of ruined moments. What [the paparazzi] take, capture, and release is often taken as a reflection of who that person is.”

Kellan Lutz doesn’t look to be in any rush as he waits for his luggage at baggage claim after arriving at LAX airport on Friday night (May 22) in Los Angeles.
The 30-year-old actor just returned from promoting his new gig as host of Bullseye, Fox’s upcoming competition show.
“We all did this as kids,” Kellan shared after learning about all the stunts the contestants on the show would have to do. “I would drive my ATV through fire. We were the jackasses before Jackass.”
He continued, “I had no attention growing up. I played with my Lincoln Logs and Legos. I had a lot of alone time and never felt lonely. My brothers would throw me through windows and hook me up to a trampoline and do something crazy.”
Bullseye, premiering on Wednesday, May 27th, will challenge four men and four women to test their bodies and brains in three ultimate challenges that ask nothing more than for them to hit the Bullseye– literally.
