Just after Dove‘s Emmy nomination was announced, Kristin sent out a cute message to Dove‘s real mom, Bonnie J. Wallace on Twitter.

“@BonnieJWallace our girl is up for an Emmy!” Kristin wrote, with Bonnie replying, “So happy and proud of her, co-mama!”

Later on, Kristin actually sent Dove a sweet video that she just shared online today.

“When you look back on your life and somehow your childhood hero/role model is now your friend & mother figure and she’s wishing you congratulations on your emmy nomination and it’s actually not a dream,” Dove captioned.

Dove Cameron Reveals Her Dream Co-Star & Has Already Worked With Her -- Twice!

We all have big dreams on just who we’d want to work with if ever given the chance — and Dove Cameron is no different.

In her Modeliste mag cover story, the Descendants 2 actress revealed a ton of stars that she’s dying to work with.

“My two male actors that I’m obsessed with are Stanley Tucci and David Tennant,” she says. “I love them so much. I feel like I know them. I’m like a fangirl. I’m obsessed with them.”

Another one is “Lee Pace. I fell in love with him during his Pushing Daisies days. That kind of comes fast. Then for women, I love Jessica Lange. Who else do I love? Obviously Meryl Streep.”

But her ultimate dream co-star is actually Kristin Chenoweth!

“[Kristin] was my main hero that I really wanted to meet and spend time with,” Dove reveals. “We’ve obviously built a really incredible working relationship. I want to work with her for the rest of my life. It’s a lot.”

If you didn’t know Dove and Kristin played mother and daughter not only in Descendants, but also Hairspray Live!
