Congrats to David Henrie and his wife Maria – they’re expecting their first child together!
The -eyar-old actor and director revealed the news on his Instagram to his fans with a fun gender reveal video.
“ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL ITS A GIRL. Im a Poppa!!!!!!!” David wrote in the caption. “I’m so overwhelmed with joy I had to share this with you guys.”
He added, “I’m already singing ‘I Loved Her First.’ That reminds me. Where’s my shotgun? I don’t have a shotgun. Someone get me a shotgun! I can’t wait to sit her down on a couch and tell her a 9 season story of ‘How I Met Your Mother’ 😂😂😂.”

Selena Gomez headed to Europe for a little getaway and met up with her former Wizards of Waverly Place brother David Henrie.
The 25-year-old actress/singer joined David and his wife, Maria, on a little vacation in Italy this week and some fans are sharing their meetings on social media.
“Ran into some familiar faces on the streets of Capri! Being star struck is such a real thing. #selenagomez #davidhenrie,” fan Andrea shared on her Instagram with a pic with the two. See her pic HERE.
Just after visiting Capri, Selena was reported to be in Rome to take in the city sites. Meanwhile, David and Maria have been enjoying themselves in the country on their first real vacation.

The 28-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star took to his Instagram to share a sweet from from the day he popped the big question.
“October 7th 2016… the day I proposed to my best friend… the best decision I’ve ever made!” David captioned a photo of the couple sitting with an I Do balloon.
He added, “I know people downplay marriage and talk about it like it’s confining… lemme tell ya THEY COULDN’T BE MORE WRONG. Marriage is freaking awesome! That is – if you marry the right person. I’ve never felt so complete and truly happy. I love you Maria till death do us part!”

The newlyweds headed to St. Lucia for their honeymoon week after tying the knot late last month in Southern California.

The actor said “I Do” to Maria on Friday (April 21) in a Southern California ceremony and all of his Wizards cast mates were there.
One fan captured a picture of the cast posing for a picture after the ceremony — and all of them are definitely grown up.
Selena Gomez, Jennifer Stone, Jake T. Austin, David Deluise and Maria Canals Barrera were all by David‘s side for the wedding.

David Henrie didn’t waste any time in marrying the love of his life, Maria Cahill.
The happy couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Southern California today (April 21).
“You always hear you should marry your best friend, and I actually get to do it,” David shared with People. “You don’t meet girls like her every day.”
Maria, a school teacher, added, “One of my favorite things about him is how funny he is and how we just get each other. Being married is going to be just that much better.”
And if you were wondering, YES, Selena Gomez and Jake T. Austin were there!
“[She was] one of the first people I told I was getting married,” David says of Selena knowing. “She was like, ‘I’m in. Whenever it is, I’ll be there.’”
David Henrie is officially the most romantic person on this planet!
Just after announcing his engagement to former Miss Delaware and teacher Maria Cahill, the actor and filmmaker told Blog De Los Angeles about the proposal he had planned for her.
“It was a BIG thing. I wanted to do something really special, something that would make everything pale in comparison to our entire relationship so far,” David shared. “Something we could look back on and that we both think, ‘WOW, that was amazing, right?’”
He adds, “I wanted it to be a big surprise, something she would never see coming… So here were the hurdles I had to face: it involved a private helicopter, going off to an island, bringing her to a very special church… It also involved getting her whole family from Delaware flown out, and most important: it all needed to be a complete surprise.”
