Joey King‘s upcoming film The In Between has found it’s home!

The new movie, also starring Kyle Allen, will premiere on the upcoming streaming service Paramount+.

Here’s a synopsis: After surviving a car accident that took the life of her boyfriend, a teenage girl (King) believes he’s attempting to reconnect with her from the afterworld.

Joey is serving as a producer on the pic, with director Arie Posin. The movie is based off of an idea from Marc Klein, who wrote the script.

The In Between is just one of many projects Joey has coming up. She was recently working on the upcoming movie Bullet Train, which also stars Brad Pitt, Sandra Bullock and Brian Tyree Henry. She is also starring in and executive producing the new Netflix movie, Uglies, based on the book of the same name, as well as the upcoming The Kissing Booth 3!

Kyle‘s movie The Map of Tiny Perfect Things just premiered on Prime Video, and he will also be seen in the new West Side Story film.

'The Fairly Oddparents' & 'Dora The Explorer' To Get Live Action Series on Paramount+

'The Fairly Oddparents' & 'Dora The Explorer' To Get Live Action Series on Paramount+

New live action series are coming to Paramount+!

It was just revealed that both The Fairly Oddparents and Dora The Explorer will get brand new live action shows on the upcoming streamer.

Both shows have previously gotten the live action treatment, most recently with Isabela Merced starring in the 2019 film Dora and the Lost City of Gold.

Back in 2011, Daniella Monet and Drake Bell starred in A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!

The Fairly Oddparents premiered in 2001 and followed 10-year-old Timmy Turner, who figures he finally has the upper hand when two fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, appear unexpectedly on the scene. Fairy godparents help kids in need, and these two see Timmy as a client who fits the criteria. They constantly practice their craft on him and delight in playfully punishing his babysitting nemesis, 16-year-old Vicky, who turns mean as a snake the second Timmy’s parents leave.

Throughout his magical misadventures, and while exploring the big issues of being a kid–growing up, gaining independence, fitting in, being respected and finding the courage to do what’s right — Timmy’s eyes are opened to a couple of axioms: Be careful for what you wish for; and getting what you want won’t necessarily solve all your problems.

Dora The Explorer first premiered in 1999 following the adventures of Dora, a seven-year-old Latina heroine whose adventures take place in an imaginative, tropical world filled with jungles, beaches and rainforests. She’s joined by her monkey Boots and explores her world just as preschoolers do everyday, and the show is designed to actively engage its audience in an interactive quest using a variety of learning techniques.

In every episode, Dora and Boots invite the audience to participate in an exciting adventure, where each step of their journey consists of a problem or puzzle that Dora and the audience must think their way through in order to solve the next problem. Dora is proudly bilingual and uses her knowledge of English and Spanish to communicate with her friends, overcome obstacles and reach her goals.
