Reed Alexander stirs up something yummy during an in-store demonstration at Whole Foods Market Tribeca in New York City on Friday afternoon (May 31).
Along with Nona Evans of Whole Kids Foundation, the 18-year-old actor and author presented some delicious and healthy recipes to a packed crowd.
“Just arrived at @WholeFoods in Tribeca NYC! It’s a culinary theme park here! #SuperKEWL,” Reed tweeted.
Earlier in the day, Reed stopped by Buca di Beppo in Times Square.
“At the new Buca Di Beppo in Times Square! About 2 dip my hands in super delicious marinara to leave my handprint on their star-studded wall!” he wrote.

Reed Alexander hits up the opening of Miami Children Museum’s newest exhibition MiChiMu’s Summer Games on Saturday afternoon in Miami, Fla.
The 18-year-old former iCarly actor came out to support the event and participated in a number of activities including a dance contest, hula hoop and jump rope competitions, Zumba and assorted crazy games.
“So excited for the games to begin today! Heading to the @letsmove Olympics Fun Day at The Miami Children’s Museum! #LetsMoveDay #London2012,” Reed tweeted just before the games started.
He added after the day was over, “Had the best time today! Tons of amazing kids at Miami’s @MiChiMu for our @letsmove Olympic Fun Day! Thank you guys so much! :D #LetsMoveDay.”

The 17-year-old actor caught up with us on the orange carpet to chat about his upcoming projects — which include a new TV show!
Reed shared, “I’m working on a new show where I’ve teamed up with these brilliant personalities. I can’t wait to tell you more! But I’m also going back to New York soon for another Today Show appearance soon.”

In tomorrow’s episode “iPity The Nevel,” a video of Nevel (Reed Alexander) yelling at a little girl surfaces on the internet and everyone turns against him.
At first, the iCarly gang relish in Nevel’s social demise but they begin to feel badly for him after he comes to them for help. The gang tries to restore Nevel’s reputation by encouraging him to apologize to the little girl for his bad behavior.
Meanwhile, Freddie (Kress) deals with a sudden wave of popularity from female fans after he stars as a hunky vampire in an online iCarly short film “Moonlight Twi-Blood.”

Reed Alexander stops by to chat with JJJ at the 2010 Kids Choice Awards held at UCLA’s Pauley Pavillion in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 27).
Sporting his fave CR8 Recreation sneakers, the 16-year-old iCarly star dished about what’s coming up on Kewl Bites, a site that he created to shared “bites” of healthy lifestyle information that have worked for him.
Reed shared, “I just recently launched it and I’m so grateful to talk about something that I’m so passionate about. Healthy eating and lifestyle has always been really close to me, but about a year ago, it became really important so it’s so fun to be able to tell kids and people about a serious issue and hopefully I can put a fun spin on it. It’s easy, accessible and interesting.”
