Victoria Justice & Peyton List Step Out For Refinery29's '29Rooms' NYFW Event

Victoria Justice rocks a bold red lip while arriving at Refinery29′s Second Annual New York Fashion Week Event, ’29Rooms’ on Thursday night (September 8) in Brooklyn, New York.

The 23-year-old actress brought along her model sister, Madison Reed, and also ran into The Outskirts co-star Peyton List, her brother Spencer and Sofia Richie.

Earlier in the day, Victoria stopped by the Beauty Bar Presented by Cottonelle for mini manicures and makeup touch ups with her stylist, Madison Guest, as well as Jamie Chung.

After grabbing a he stopped to grab a Corso Coffee, she hit the selfie stand where she ?took some cute, but quirky pictures.
