Lea Michele Posts Picture with Late Love Cory Monteith

Lea Michele posted a photo with her late boyfriend Cory Monteith, who tragically passed away in 2013.

Lea and Cory starred on Glee together and dated for over a year before he was found dead in a hotel room in Vancouver on July 13, 2013. Our thoughts are continually with Cory‘s loved ones after the terrible tragedy.

The photo was shared on Lea‘s Instagram, and didn’t have a caption, but did feature the writing “Bleeker St” and “2012.”
