The boys of BTS are officially at the top of their game!
The uber-talented K-pop group took home the Best Duo/Group Award at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, which were held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Wednesday (May 1) in Las Vegas.
The guys – RM, V, Suga, Jungkook, Jimin, Jin and J-Hope – took the stage together to accept the award as the audience erupted in cheers and applause. During their big moment, BTS remained focused on sending love to their fans.
“I still can’t believe that we’re here on this stage with so many great artists. Oh, my god,” RM said, speaking for the group. “This was only possible because of the little things we share together, the BTSxArmy power.”
RM also took the opportunity to reassure fans that no amount of success will change the band.
“We’re still the same boys from six years ago,” he said. “We still have the same dreams, the same feelings; we still have the same thoughts. Let’s keep dreaming the best dreams together. I love you all.”
Taylor Swift is gearing up for a new career first.
The 29-year-old singer performed her newest single, “ME!” alongside Panic! At the Disco‘s Brendon Urie at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Wednesday (May 1) in Las Vegas.
After the show, Taylor revealed that she’s doing something she’s never done before and releasing the live rehearsal audio from her performance.
“THIS WAS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF FUN POSSIBLE,” Taylor wrote on Instagram after the BBMAs. “And for the first time ever I’m releasing the live rehearsal audio from this performance on vinyl and CD from @bbmas on my site. Thank you to every performer up there with us tonight!!! 💗💗💗💗💗.”
BTS and Halsey just performed “Boy With Luv” together live for the first time – and they totally killed it!
The massively popular K-pop group ad the “Without Me” star teamed up to perform their hit collaboration live at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Wednesday (May 1) in Las Vegas.
The video for “Boy With Luv” became the most-viewed video in 24 hours, with over 74 million views upon release. The song also hit No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The boys also won Top Duo/Group, as well as Top Social Artist, during the evening’s ceremony.
Sophie recently opened up about her struggles with depression, and Joe couldn’t be more proud of her decision.

The 25-year-old singer wasn’t able to attend the show in person, but she made her presence felt with a smoking hot, pre-recorded performance of her hit “7 Rings,” which she filmed ahead of the BBMAs, during a stop on her Sweetener tour in Vancouver, Canada.
“Happy @bbmas day everybody ! so wish we were there with u in person tonight. thank you @billboard for all of your endless support, love and for having us perform for u remotely from the sweetener world tour,” Arianatweeted ahead of the show on Wednesday (May 1).
The “Should’ve Been Us” crooner and the country music duo performed at the event held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Wednesday (May 1) in Las Vegas.
Shay and Kelly showed off their powerful vocals, while Dan strummed along on the acoustic guitar.
At the end, Kelly mouthed, “I love them!”
Dan + Shay took home the award for Top Country Duo/Group. They are also nominated for Top Country Artist, Top Country Album for Dan + Shay, Top Country Song for “Speechless” and “Tequila,” and more.
Tori won Top Gospel Album for Hiding Place, and she is up for Top Gospel Artist and Top Gospel Song for “Never Alone” featuring Kirk Franklin.
