The 21-year-old MTV No Filter: Tana Turns 21 reality star and YouTuber shared her thoughts on a jab from actor/comedian Ken Jeong during the awards show on Sunday night (August 11).
“NO WAY DID THE TEEN CHOICE AWARDS JUST SHADE JAKE AND I NO WAY!? FROM WANTING TO BE NOMINATED SO BAD TO FINDING OUT IT WAS RIGGED TO THIS. WOW. MY EVOLUTION. someone show me the clip omg,” she wrote on Twitter.
“Jake Paul over here would be pissed. And that could stress out his pretend marriage, leading to a fake divorce from his not wife. Kids, am I right? Tana Mongeau!†Ken said at the Teen Choice Awards.
Tana also talked about the moment on her Instagram Story that night.
“Yo Teen Choice Awards, I don’t know if we have personal beef now — that does kinda sound like a really good headline so, I’m not, like against it — but I just want to say thank you for the biggest advertising slot on national television today, giving me free promo,†she said, via Life & Style. “You know, I thought I was going to have to promote my wedding vlog with Jake, but y’all did it for me, y’all got played b—h.â€
The 23-year-old actress picked up two surfboards – Choice Ship with Cole Sprouse, and Choice Drama TV Actress. Riverdalealso won Choice Drama TV Show.

Shadowhunters picked up two surfboards at the show: Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show and Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress.

The cute couple stepped out for the event together and they were both nominated for Choice Music Web Star, and Annie won!
“Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart,” Annie shared in a cute Instagram Story following the award show. “I was kind of nervous to give an acceptance speech, but really excited when I didn’t have to.”
Asher also shared a sweet congrats message to Annie on his Instagram Story.
“I just want to say that I am so happy, and so proud of you Annie. I love you,” he said in the video from the recording studio.
The three young singers hit the stage during the red carpet show to perform a rendition of “California Gurls”. You can check out the full performance below now!
Johnny and Hayden were both nominated for Choice Music Web Star at the show, however, the honor went to Annie LeBlanc.
