According to Deadline, the 26-year-old British actor will join the sequel as Ben, a handsome, rich and entitled young man the “inbetweener” boys meet on new travels.
The original film followed four socially-troubled 18-year-olds from the south of England who go on holiday to Malia.
Iain Morris and Damon Beesley are set to direct, while production is expected to begin next week in Australia.

Freddie Stroma is headed to the small screen!
According to Deadline, the 26-year-old English actor will star opposite Shiri Appleby in Lifetime’s drama pilot Unreal.
The series goes behind the scenes of a hit competition dating show to follow the experiences of Rachel (Appleby), a young staffer whose sole job is to manipulate her relationships with (and among) the contestants to heighten the drama. Freddie will play the handsome and charming bachelor who is at the center of the reality show – the heir to a hotel empire – who resists being a part of the show until he realizes that he can use it to his advantage.
Freddie is probably best known for playing Cormac McLaggen in the Harry Potter films.
