High School Musical: The Musical: The Series is in FULL SWING and we are loving all of the music in season two!
The Disney+ series has been delivering on the music side and we’re keeping track of everything that’s been released… so far.
HSMTMTS season two kicked off with “Something In The Air,” a big musical number with the entire East High drama club – Olivia Rodrigo, Joshua Bassett, Matt Cornett, Sofia Wylie, Larry Saperstein, Julia Lester, Dara Reneé, Frankie Rodriguez and Joe Serafini – in their holiday attire.
In the latest episode, “Spring Break,” the East High drama club makes a quarantine style music video in response to a diss video North High posted. While in Chicago after his breakup with Nini, Ricky is all in his feels and writes an emotional song that will absolutely break your heart.

In his new GQ feature, the 20-year-old actor and musician opened up about the drama that surrounded him, Olivia Rodrigo and Sabrina Carpenter following the release of all of their songs, “drivers license,” “Lie Lie Lie” and “Skin.”

The 20-year-old High School Musical: The Musical: The Series told fans last month he was coming out in a video praising Harry Styles and then released another statement that didn’t confirm or deny his sexuality.

The second episode of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series has just been released!
In the episode, “Typecasting,” Kourtney (Dara Renee), Carlos (Frankie A Rodriguez) and Big Red (Larry Saperstein) decide to join their friends and audition for on stage roles in “Beauty and the Beast,” while Nini (Olivia Rodrigo) experiences FOMO from afar. When new competition shows up to the tryout, Gina (Sofia Wylie) tries to shake off some old habits.
Towards the end of the episode, it’s revealed which East High drama club student got what role in their upcoming production of Beauty and the Beast. Nini is of course off at the Youth Actor’s Conservatory, so she has not been cast.

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series season two is less than two days away and Disney+ just dropped a brand new teaser!
The streaming service debuted the new video clip on Wednesday afternoon (May 12), and it centers on Olivia Rodrigo‘s character Nini.
In season two, after Nini gets accepted to the actor’s conservatory in Colorado, she’s pulled away from her friends, and of course Ricky.
