Kat Conner Sterling is making her feature film debut in the brand new movie musical A Week Away!
The actress plays Presley in the film, which just premiered on Netflix TODAY (March 26).
Kat is no stranger to musicals as she started out doing theater before breaking into film and television in 2019. She has appeared in TV shows The Gifted and 9-1-1.
While she wasn’t able to make it to an in person audition for A Week Away, Kat submitted a self-tape through an open call. Producers and casting directors loved her so much, she booked the role just from her tape and without a callback!
She was on a cruise with her family when she got the call from the producers with the good news.
