Here’s the cover we didn’t know we needed, but we’re so glad to have – Nick Jonas singing “Shallow” from the Oscar-nominated movie A Star Is Born!
The 26-year-old singer took to Instagram to share a video of himself singing the song to celebrate the Oscars. The song has already won awards at the Grammys, the Golden Globes, and the Critics’ Choice Awards.
“In honor of Oscar weekend… such a beautiful song,” Nick captioned the video on his Instagram account. He also added that his wife Priyanka Chopra was the videographer.

Camila Mendes and Madelaine Petsch walk the carpet while attending the Children Mending Hearts’ Empathy Rocks event on Sunday (June 10) in Los Angeles.
The Riverdale co-stars were honored at the event with the Spotlight Hero Award and the Hero of Imagination Award, respectively.
Also being honored were Heart of the Future Award recipient Storm Reid and Global Changemakers Award recipients Lady Gaga and mom Cynthia Germanotta.
The event was hosted by Holland Roden and other stars in attendance included 13 Reasons Why‘s Ajiona Alexus, Justin Prentice, and Devin Druid, as well as Candice King, Chloe x Halle, Emma Kenney, Maddie Ziegler, Sasha Alexander, and Madelaine‘s boyfriend Travis Mills.
Storm was spotted cuddling with a Cubcoat at the event.

Shawn Mendes, Nick Jonas and Lady Gaga will be performing for the 2017 American Music Awards – and we already can’t wait to see their performances!

Gaga will perform “The Cure” live from her Joanne World Tour stop in Washington D.C. at Capital One Arena during the broadcast, while Nick will perform “Find You” at the show.
Shawn will be performing “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back.”
It’s all going down live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 19) beginning at 8 pm EST on ABC.
Lorde and Lady Gaga are having a serious love fest on Twitter right now!
The 20-year-old “Green Light” singer-songwriter can’t stop freaking out over Gaga‘s new documentary, Five Foot Two, which is available to stream now on Netflix.
When a fan asked if she watched yet, Lorde was quick to reply: “i watched it early a few hours ago lmao so good i die for that piano bad romance at tony’s birthday. and everything else. she is my queen ??,” she tweeted.
“because i love her i got a media screener lmao,” she added.
Even better: Gaga took notice of Lorde‘s tweets and showered her with love!
“Thank you Lorde, you’re so talented sweet and supportive. So glad you enjoyed it. Chris [Moukarbel] is a really talented director,” Gaga responded.
We think it’s time for a collaboration, ladies!
Noah Cyrus grew up in a musical family where she was no doubt taught the virtues of music from a very young age — but her greatest musical influence might not be who you would expect.
“Lady Gaga,” the 17-year-old “Stay Together singer told Town & Country of her greatest influence, “She doesn’t care what anyone else thinks. I admire that.”
As for herself, Noah tries to be “as honest as possible” for her fans and to “keep…it real with them,” even on social media, in order to portray her most authentic self.
It seems she is already well on her way to embracing what she loves about Lady Gaga.
“People are always going to have things to say,” she said, “No matter what you’re doing — so ignore it.”
Gaga would approve.
Singer Ed Sheeran recently quit Twitter after he couldn’t handle all of the hate and negativity constantly getting him down, and Lady Gaga is coming to his defense on Instagram.
Ed cited Lady Gaga‘s fan base, who misconstrued a comment he made in an interview, as one example of the “hate,” and Gaga is not at all here for it.
“What an incredible talented artist,” she captioned a selfie of the two of them posing together, “I LOVE ED @teddysphotos deserves all our love and respect like all humans do. I wish all people on the internet would be positive and loving and apart of creating an online community that is kind and empowering, not hateful and mean. No reason to tear down an artist simply because they are on top. Work harder to be kinder everybody. That should be your first duty to humanity.”
We’re so glad that rather than feeding the trolls, Gaga is speaking out to her fans, encouraging them to be kinder and warmer to other musicians. Being a fan does not have to mean tearing others down in the process.
The performer we had on the top of our wish list to replace Beyonce as the headliner of the 2017 Coachella Music Festival has been selected… Lady Gaga!
The 30-year-old entertainer is set to perform at the festival’s Saturday night shows on April 15 and 22, replacing Bey who will be too pregnant to perform, according to Billboard.
This is going to be a huge year for Gaga, who already headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show and gave an amazing performance at the Grammys alongside Metallica.
Gaga is also set to kick off her Joanne World Tour on August 1 and she has been adding a ton of shows to her schedule after she continuously sells out arenas around the world.
