Liam Payne and Alesso just released their new collaboration – “Midnight“!
“It was an absolute pleasure getting to work with this guy @Alesso!” the 26-year-old singer shared on Instagram.
In addition to the new song, the guys debuted a performance music video, which was shot separately during quarantine.
Alesso filmed his parts in a recording studio in Los Angeles, while Liam performed the track on his rooftop in London overlooking the city and its sunset.
Speaking of quarantine, Liam recently announced a donation to Trussell Trust, which will provide 360,000 meals to those in need.
The 26-year-old singer’s band mate Liam Payne just revealed that Louis would try to break something on the set of every video.
“The thing about Louis was he used to actively try every time to break something in every single music video or thing that we were doing,” Liam explained on his YouTube channel.
He added, “For me, it was a constant job of trying to talk to the camera or whatever was going on but also watch what the hell this guy over here was going to do next. He was just going to do something crazy.”

Liam Payne is spilling on the game One Direction used to play when they didn’t want to do any more work.
The 26-year-old musician says that the guys – Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan – would use a code word when they didn’t want to do something and would all simultaneously fall to the floor.
“I remember that game,” Liam said while re-watching the “History” music video. “When we didn’t want to go somewhere, obviously we had so many things to do in a day and it was so boring at points, we’d have a code word and we’d all fall to the floor and lie there until everybody went away.”
He added, “I think that’s the best game we ever invented. Yes, those were some grown adults who ran a business once. I don’t know how this worked honestly! There was a number of code words…We’d do it in the middle of TV interviews! It’s like one of those games you have with your friends – if you don’t follow through, you’re the loser in the group so everyone would just do it. So bad! I don’t know how we were a success.”

Liam Payne is helping thousands of families who have been affected by the health crisis.
The 26-year-old entertainer just made a donation to the Trussell Trust, which will provide 360,000 meals to those in need.
“It’s not right that anyone in our country is unable to afford food. Food banks do incredible work to help the people most in need of support. It’s vital that we get support to those people right now, as this crisis unfolds,†Liam wrote on his Twitter.
Liam also pointed out that his donation isn’t only meant only for the current crisis but for all of the Trussell Trust’s work into the future.
He added, “I’m also donating because of the work they do to work towards a future where no one needs a food bank – we can’t end the conversation with getting emergency food to people – as vital as that is. When we’re out the other side of this, we need to look at why there are people in our country who don’t have enough money for food. I want to play my part in finding a solution to ensure people have enough money to buy their own food – and end the need for food banks.”

The 26-year-old singer took to Twitter to pen a heartfelt note to both his mom and Cheryl, the mother of his son Bear.
“Double special day today thanks to 2 very special ladies and a very special little man… Happy Mother’s Day mum and Cheryl you two are the most amazing mothers Bear and I could have asked for, thanks for raising me right and thank you Cheryl for showing my son all the love in the world,” Liam wrote.
He added a birthday note for Bear, writing, “Happy birthday little man! 3 already I can’t believe it. It’s amazing watching you grow and you surprise me constantly, it really seems like yesterday I was holding you for the first time, thank you for bringing life and joy to my world I hope I can do the same â¤ï¸”
Liam and Cheryl welcomed Bear back in 2017 but announced their split in July of 2018.
