It was just announced that season three of Marvel’s Runaways will be the show’s final season and the first trailer was released ahead of the December 13 launch.
All ten episodes of the final season will premiere at once, so you’ll be able to binge it that weekend.
In an action-packed Season 3, the Runaways frantically search for their captured friends Chase, Gert, and Karolina. The kids go head to head with an unstoppable enemy who has targeted Leslie — or more accurately, the child she’s carrying. Nico draws them all into a dark realm where its ruler Morgan le Fay, played by Elizabeth Hurley, is much more nefarious than anyone the kids have yet to face.
Marvel has been cutting back on the series that have previously been created as they get ready to launch a new Marvel television universe with Disney+ shows like WandaVision and Loki.
The only remaining Marvel series are ABC’s Agents of SHIELD, which will end after the upcoming season, as well as Hulu’s Helstrom and four animated series. The current Marvel television shows were produced by Jeph Loeb‘s TV division, but the upcoming shows will be produced by Kevin Feige‘s film division, according to THR.
At the panel, Gregg opened up about working on the Runaways crossover with Cloak & Dagger, which airs on Freeform.
“It was incredible being on set for this particular episode,” he said, via Syfy. “We were doing it with you [the fans] in mind, so everything was amped up a bit as if you were with us the entire time.”

The new trailer for the third season of Marvel’s Runaways has arrived!
Hulu shared the official teaser with fans on Friday (October 4).
Here’s the synopsis for the action-packed upcoming season: “The Runaways frantically search for their captured friends Chase, Gert, and Karolina. The kids go head to head with an unstoppable enemy who has targeted Leslie — or more accurately, the child she’s carrying. Nico draws them all into a dark realm where its ruler Morgan le Fay, played by Elizabeth Hurley, is much more nefarious than anyone the kids have yet to face.”
Lyrica Okano and Virginia Gardner step out for 2019 ClexaCon held at the Tropicana in Las Vegas over the weekend.
The two Marvel’s Runaways stars got to chat at the annual convention about their characters relationship in the Hulu show.
Virginia even wore her ‘Deanoru’ pin, which is a combination of their characters’ names.
Speaking with TV Guide recently, Virginia opened up about how the relationship has helped fans in their real life.
“I’ve had a lot of people tell me that they’ve come out to their friends and family because of my character on the show and because of Nico and Karolina’s relationship,” she shared. “The amount of people that have said that my character has helped them open up to their friends or their family or really come to terms with who they are has been really rewarding for me.”
Star James Marsters just revealed that Hulu has decided to bring the show back for a third season.
“The showrunner just told the cast that we’re in for a third season. I just got that last night,” James told the crowd at Lexington Comic & Toy Con.
He later added, “I probably just broke all kinds of Marvel rules.â€
Chatting with Collider in a group interview, the 24-year-old actress says that season two, now airing on Hulu, picks up with the two “discovering what it’s like to be in a relationship with each other.”
Lyrica adds that “it gets complicated, at times, especially if you’re in a group of runaways together. In a mansion that’s underneath a hill, somewhere in Griffith Park. Things get tough, but Nico and Karolina they have a lot of love for each other, and I’m excited for [the fans] to see their journey together. It’s quite beautiful.”
Lyrica also stopped by Build Series in New York City last week to chat about the new season of the show. Check out her full interview below now!
