Disney Channel just announced the exciting news that a third film is coming, with Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim back.
In Zombies 3, Zed and Addison are beginning their final year at Seabrook High in the town that’s become a safe haven for monsters and humans alike. Zed is anticipating an athletic scholarship that will make him the first Zombie to attend college, while Addison is gearing up for Seabrook’s first international cheer-off competition. Then suddenly, extraterrestrial beings appear around Seabrook, provoking something other than friendly competition.
While it has yet to be confirmed on which other stars will return, werewolves Chandler Kinney and Pearce Joza teased their return.
“y’all didn’t think we were gonna leave you on a cliffhanger…… :)))” Chandler commented on Instagram.
“I’m ready!” Pearce added.
“After the enormous success of Zombies 2 we wanted to raise the stakes in this third and final installment,” Lauren Kisilevsky, vice president, Original Movies, Disney Branded Television, said in a statement. “So when the ultimate outsiders descend on Seabrook, our team of cheerleaders, zombies and werewolves must band together to face a threat of galactic proportions that may change the face of Seabrook forever.”
Filming will begin in Toronto this spring, with Paul Hoen back directing. He has previously directed hit DCOMs like The Luck of the Irish, Jump In!, Camp Rock 2 and both Zombies movies.
Milo Manheim is going to be on The Conners TONIGHT (January 20)!
The 19-year-old Zombies star will be guest starring as Josh on the new episode, Emma Kenney‘s Harris’ new boyfriend.
In “Young Love, Old Lions and Middle-Aged Hyenas,” Harris brings home her new friend, Josh, leaving the family questioning his intentions. Meanwhile, Becky and Ben’s attempt to build a closet stirs up family drama.
“My fav scene to do! These 2 are hilarious,” Milo quote tweeted a teaser clip, which featured him, Laurie Metcalf and Lecy Goranson.
This isn’t the first time Milo has guest starred on an ABC comedy show. He’s previously been on American Housewife, alongside his Zombies co-star Meg Donnelly.
Be sure to tune in to catch Milo on The Conners TONIGHT (January 20) at 10pm ET on ABC, followed by a new episode of Call Your Mother, which stars another Disney Channel alum, Joey Bragg.
The stars will navigate through iconic Disney attractions, including the Haunted Mansion and Cinderella Castle, in an attempt to restore the holiday magic that was stolen by famed Disney villains Maleficent and Evil Queen.
As stars compete for the grand prize, proceeds will be donated to Toys for Tots, a nonprofit organization that delivers hope and the magic of the holidays to less fortunate children.

“Milo’s optimistic energy drives this pop rock summer anthem, giving kids a positive hook to sing and to own the new kind of summer they will make for themselves this year, kind of a ‘stay-cation’ celebration song,” Steven Vincent, vice president, Music and Soundtracks, Disney Channel, said in a statement.
The two Zombies stars sang an acoustic version of their hit duet “Someday” from the first movie musical.
“Definitely loving this with @MiloManheim #DisneySingalong @DisneyMusic ‘Someday’ #Zombies @DisneyChannel #StayAtHome,” Meg wrote on Twitter.
Milo and Meg recently opened up about filming the song during the first movie.
“In the first one, it was all so overwhelming because I had never done anything before, and learning the dance moves was just so much,” Milo shared.
“I remember we had to do most of it in one take,” Meg said. “Milo and I were just like this is the biggest challenge. We both have theater backgrounds, and were tap dancing. We were always tap dancing on set.”
“I will tell you about Meg. There is nobody in the world who I would have rather gone through this whole adventure with,” Milo added. AWW!!!
