Nathan Kress snapped a pic with his wife London from a hospital room in Los Angeles.
The 23-year-old actor and director updated fans about London‘s condition and what was going on with them on Instagram.
“So proud of this baller. After over a decade of sometimes debilitating pain, my girl stuck to her guns amid frustrating doctor’s visits, elected to have surgery, and discovered that she’s been dealing with endometriosis for much of her life,” Nathan wrote of London.
He added, “She did great in surgery and is recovering at home. We’re so thankful for this outcome, and I’m absolutely pumped to watch her quality of life improve as a result. Here’s to you, Londy. We are blessed, today, and every day.”

The 23-year-old actor will not only direct an upcoming episode of Game Shakers for the network, but he’s also returning as Freddie Benson — kind of.
The episode is iCarly themed and the Game Shakers cast is up in arms over who Freddie really liked more — Carly or Sam. So, obviously, they have to track down Nathan to get get the answer out of him by any means necessary.
