Robyn Lively‘s role in the upcoming Powerpuff reboot for The CW has just been revealed!
The 49-year-old actress will be portraying the live action version of Sara Bellum in the pilot, Deadlinereveals.
She is described as “a warm and witty career woman who has a complicated romantic history with Drake. Always a friend to the Powerpuff Girls, she has remained close to them since childhood.”
Also joining the live action series is SpongeBob Squarepants voice actor Tom Kenny. He will actually be reprising his role from the original series, as the narrator!
Tom is keeping super busy as he’s also currently a part of almost 10 shows! He is lending his voice to multiple different characters, including of course his most iconic SpongeBob in three series, the original SpongeBob Squarepants, and it’s two new spinoffs – Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years and The Patrick Star Show.

The potential new CW series stars Dove Cameron, Chloe Bennet and Yana Perrault in the title roles, and they were seen filming on Wednesday (April 7) in Atlanta, Ga.
That day marked their first day of filming the pilot, as director Maggie Kiley marked on Instagram.
She shared a photo of a chair with the logo, writing, “day 1! â¤ï¸ðŸŒ¸ðŸ›ðŸ’šðŸŽ¥ #powerpuffgirls #powerpuff”
The upcoming pilot will follow “the trio, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, who used to be America’s pint-sized superheroes. Now they’re disillusioned twentysomethings who resent having lost their childhood to crimefighting. Will they agree to reunite now that the world needs them more than ever?â€

Hulu released the new trailer and key art on Friday (September 20).
Here’s the synopsis: “Having doubled-down by playing a new round of ‘Light as a Feather’ that puts all their lives on the line, McKenna and friends are optimistic that they’re finally done with the curse. But is the curse done with them? Tensions rise as the gang soon find themselves in a race to discover the game’s origins before more lives are lost.”

Sloane Siegel is joined by his co-stars while attending the Just Jared Jr. Fall Fun Day in celebration of his Amazon Prime series Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street on Saturday (October 24) at a private residence in Los Angeles.
Other stars from the show that were in attendance included Robyn Lively, Luke Matheny, Noah Urrea, Kenny Ridwan, and Jaheem Toombs.
Sloane, who plays the title role in the magical series, invited some friends to the event, including Haunted Hathaways‘ Ava Cantrell, Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp‘s Thomas Barbusca, and The Kicks‘ Gabe Eggerling. David‘s younger sister Rebecca Bloom was also in attendance!
The stars of Amazon’s series Just Add Magic – Abby Donnelly, Olivia Sanabia, and Aubrey Miller - were also there to show support!
The first season of Gortimer Gibbon’s is currently streaming on Amazon Prime and the second season will debut on October 30, so make sure to check it out.
