Whoa – Bailee Madison debuted a brand new look on Tuesday (September 1)!
The 20-year-old actress just started work on a new project and she has a completely different hairstyle.
“Day 2,” she captioned a photo on her Instagram story of her hair.
Bailee is rocking a much shorter, blonde look, very different from her long brown hair she has been sporting lately.
While we don’t know if she actually made the change to her real hair or if it’s a wig, it’s quite the drastic change, and we can’t wait to see how it fits with her character!
“shhhh…. starting work tomorrow, and still can’t say what for BUT it’s magical and I couldn’t be more excited. Also, so grateful for all of the precautions being made to ensure our cast and crew can work safely in the midst of the pandemic. #backtoworkwego,” Baileetweeted on Sunday night.
“Haven’t had an early call time in a hot minute&can’t tell you how excited I am to have one (I mean it!! I missed it!),” she added in another tweet.

The 20-year-old actress is in town to get to work on her next film project.
“Wear a mask â¤ï¸ Out of quarantine and so excited to get back to work- but most important thing is to keep our cast, crew, and everyone around us healthy. Xxx,” Bailee wrote on social media that day.
Earlier in the month, Bailee shared video of her getting a Coronavirus test before going into quarantine.
“Grateful to be going back to work!! I’ve missed being on set so much & so I’m especially grateful that productions are taking every precaution possible to ensure our crew’s safety. First test of many to allow us to get back to doing what we love while also protecting one another,” she wrote on Twitter.
Bailee then later revealed that she’s been learning how to play the ukulele for the film, and covered a Taylor Swift song in a new video. Check it out below!
Learning to play the ukulele for this film I’m starting up and of course a song off folklore was a necessary first choice. Also be gentle on me im a newbie pic.twitter.com/HGfgfeIm5W
The cast will also take part in a table read, directed by Michael Medico, who has directed episodes of both The Fosters and Good Trouble. Co-creator and EP Peter Paige will read the stage directions and fellow co-creators and executive producers Bradley Bredeweg and Joanna Johnson will read an introduction. To top it off, Kari Kimmel will sing the theme song live!
The faith based musical centers on Will Hawkins (Quinn), a troubled teen who has a run-in with the law that puts him at an important crossroad: go to juvenile detention or attend a Christian summer camp.
At first a fish-out-of-water, Will opens his heart, discovers love with a camp regular (Madison), and a sense of belonging in the last place he expected to find it.
Blake‘s girlfriend Bailee Madison will be making her directorial debut with the video!
“You’re all invited, spread the word!! #WorseOutFriday,” she shared on Instagram.
Bailee is also starring in the video alongside the guys and Meg Donnelly. Some of Bailee‘s former Wizards of Waverly Place co-stars are also featured in the video!
The cute couple stepped out to pick up a cart full of groceries.
That same day, Bailee shared a new Instagram video of her washing her hands, while singing a duet with Blake.
Blake made up a new 20 second song for hand washing, and he challenged some of his friends and loved ones to try it out.
“Thanks for the nom @newhopeblake & for writing this 20 second hand washing tune… I nominate @brooklyndecker , @whitneycummings , @thatgirlbishop , @meghan_trainor @darylsabara , @yarashahidi , @megdonnelly , @kaitlinvilasuso @jordivilasuso & fam , @mckennagraceful , AND ALL OF YOU I wanna see it tag me in your posts and storiesâ¤ï¸ðŸ’— #20SecondHandWashSong Thinking of you all and hope you are staying safe and healthy xxxx,” Bailee captioned her post.
